I drop the car off they told me how long it was going to take and they were true to their word. My car was returned to me bright and shiny and I was happy to see my car. The mechanic on duty did a great job on my car thank you and everything thing that I asked them to check they did. Thank you again!

Be very weary. I was ripped off and had to pay over $1K out of my pocket because they overcharged for the cost of my bumper. They completed the work prior to me having the amount approved by the insurance of the person who damaged my vehicle. It was way overpriced so I had to pay out of my own pocket. They would not release the vehicle until I paid it in full.

Was recently in an accident and Paula and the team at Frank's Auto Body repaired my vehicle quickly and professionally. It looks great and I am so happy to be back in my SUV. We have used Frank's Auto Body in the past and we were always pleased with their work so it was comforting knowing my vehicle was in good hands. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else. We highly recommend!

This place was awful turned my car in for accident repairs ,was supposed to fix other things as agreed ,problem between them and the rental two day job turned into a month without even fixing extras ..600 I have to pay for the rental

Franks Auto body took care of my car. They spoke to the insurance company and arranged the rental with out any problems. They fixed the car very well and delivered with out any issues. I appreciate all the help Roco did to fix my car.

This is the 4th in 12 years that I have taken my vehicle to Frank's Autobody and Frame Specialists. Each time they have been very professional and thorough with the repair work and returned my car in a timely fashion. They took care of the Insurance issues, helped with the rental car and made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. The repair work was so perfect it was impossible to tell that there had been an accident. This is not the first time I am placing my trust in Frank's Autobody and Frame Specialists.....My association with Rocco Terranova began on a cold miserable snowstorm day in February 2007!
