I have been renting from this location for many many years and this last time was the first time I was asked to show proof of insurance & expiration date. I was able to pull it up on my phone but I saw a couple of older people that were not able to do that and had to pay. This policy is unfair and many people will now have to pay to take their insurance. I spoke to someone that rented from another Enterprise and they didn't have to show proof of insurance and expiration date at that location.

Jo is very helpful and friendly. what I like about this location they always call you the next day after returning the car. overall highly recommended. I have been an Enterprise renter for decades and they have always been good to me except for the one in Rt 1 Brunswick, Lawrenceville.

I recently rented a car from this location and initially they charged me the one way fee when I was told that I would not have to pay and a few associates gave me the run around a bit until CARLOS got involved and reimbursed me and handled the situation with ease. Will definitely return!

Had a good experience renting from here.Location - Not very convenient. No space to park personal vehicles.Staff - Excellent. Were patient to go over details of the rental agreement but had me out quickly.Wait times - Slightly long but the staff tried their best to keep the lines moving quickly.Vehicle quality - Very good and clean.

The office is disorganized and chaotic every time I go. The employees are ice-cold and irritated, constantly saying things like "please wait, I'll be back soon". Even when you go to return a car, you are likely to wait more than half an hour. There is also a white-haired old man who constantly walks around like a boss and stares at people. Disturbing. They need to be better organized and work a little more carefully.

While this location is not the most convenient for me in terms of driving to and from the building, I continue to go to this Enterprise branch specifically for the amazing customer service I receive every time visiting, and with the help of their entire team as well as one of their employees Matthew Gessner who helped get me situated with a rental in a time-effective manner when I was dealing with car issues and had to attend to an important work meeting.

Just left after picking up a car from this location. I rent vehicles often from Enterprise and I've never been in and out of a location so quickly. The folks that work here are certainly up to the task, and kudos to Mr. Gessner for being a pleasure to deal with at the counter!

They were great and came to pick me up and drop me off from the train station without issue.Only down side to this transaction was they didn’t have my car ready when I arrived. I had to wait for them to pull it around and clean it.

Terrible place, terrible experience!Triple A insurance company gave me a rental car through this place. When I got there, the agent told me if I want an extra 20 dollars collusion coverage, I said no, I do not need it. He told me if I send my Progressive insurance screen shot to the Triple A, informing them that I do not have collusion coverage they will cover it and he will see the update. In front of him I sent this email, and I did not pay any attention to the situation anymore.. When I returned the car 11 days later, they said that I need to pay 255 dollars. I rejected to pay, gave them Triple A agent number and I left. Two days later I saw this charge through my credit card. Without informing me they take this action. I contacted my bank and disputed this charge. What I can say is this: What a terrible place and what a terrible customer experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service ever. They talk to you like they have a chip on their shoulder. If I wasn’t in such desperate need of a rental, I would not rent from them. I will never rent from here again nor recommend them to anyone. I wish the branch was still open on Somerset Street who I’ve always dealt with.

I picked up a Rouge today. As I am awaiting repairs for my car. Very friendly. Worked with me since tge insurance company had made some mistakes by not telling me much. Anyway I recommend this business for your car rent needs. Clean cars and great friendly service.
