I have an old car, and the front bumper had come loose on one side. I called Bill to see if they could fix it, and he was incredibly pleasant, asking me to bring the car in for a look. When I arrived, Bill attended to me right away and got to work.
Since my car is quite old, the traditional screws weren’t working, but Bill used some creative solutions to secure the bumper. He also noticed the fender liner was hanging down and took care of that as well, which involved some time spent working underneath the car.
Once everything was fixed, I asked Bill how much I owed him. He only asked for $10 to cover supplies, but I insisted on paying more given the effort and creativity he put into the repairs. He politely refused to charge extra. I didn’t have cash, and when I offered my credit card, he told me not to worry about it. I insisted again, happy to pay more for such great service, but he simply said he was glad to help and didn’t want to charge anything.
I was pleasantly surprised by his generosity. It seems like a fantastic shop with wonderful people who truly care about their customers.

I had a great experience with Dennis & Don's Collision Center. They did an excellent job repairing my RAM Pick up Truck. Not only was the work excellent. The staff communicated with me the entire time my truck was being repaired. They called and emailed me regarding updates. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Dennis & Don's.

I had a great experience working with Dennis & Don's Collision. Customer service was organized when I dropped off and picked up my car. They also sent multiple text messages providing the latest cost and status updates of the repair along the way. I'm very satisfied with the repair and customer service.

I recently had to take my car in for repairs after a hit and run incident damaged the rear driver's side bumper. I brought it to Dennis and Don's Collision, and I'm so impressed with the work they did.
The technicians were able to perfectly match the factory paint color on the bumper. You can't even tell there was any damage. The repair work is flawless.
The customer service was also excellent. The staff kept me informed throughout the repair process and got the work done in a timely manner.
I'm incredibly satisfied with the outstanding job Dennis and Don's Collision did on my car. I highly recommend them for any auto body repair needs. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer.

Dennis & Don's Collision was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This was the 5th shop we received a quote from, not only was their quote the best they instilled confidence from the moment that we walked in through the door. We purchased our daughter first car in April for her birthday and her upcoming graduation from high school one day coming home from school she was hit on the passenger side both doors damaged. My insurance company mentioned this body shop to us I was skeptical at first. I must say they made my process so smooth. The lady at the front desk very professional and friendly. The email notifications keeping me up to date with my car. I got my car back today I don’t know what they did but my daughter car look brand new.
