I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Swenarton at DCH Brunswick Toyota, and I can honestly say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Paul was the epitome of honesty and integrity. It's not often that you find someone in the car service industry who truly has your best interests at heart, but Paul did.
He took the time to explain everything to me in a simple, easy-to-understand manner, ensuring that I was fully informed and comfortable with every decision. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of—in fact, I felt like Paul was treating me as if I were his own family. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.
The level of care and attention Paul provided is something you just don't find every day. Because of his honesty, energy, and genuine efforts to help, I will definitely be returning to DCH Brunswick Toyota for all my future service needs. I've already started referring my friends and family to Paul, and I know they will be just as impressed as I was. This review is mainly for Jesus Carbajal Jr. who we spent most of our time with. My first thought when I met him was “wow this guy looks really young” but it quickly became apparent that he is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. We had planned to go look around at another dealership after DCH but he won us over by exceeding expectations. I would recommend asking for him specifically if you are looking to buy a Toyota in the area (hard to go wrong with a nice guy like Jesus).

Amazing dealership to work with, very fair prices and a good collection of cars. They helped me get a great price on a Model 3 Performance, and the people who work there are very friendly and amicable. Nikolai showed us the car and was very informative and helpful during the test drive, and the managers Hesham and Mohamed were extremely helpful in getting a competitive price. I would go out of my way to find a car here based on how great the people here were to work with.

Had a great car buying experience, courtesy of David Matos. He was great at explaining everything during the test driving, and through the buying process. He stayed well beyond closing time to help my wife and I out with the final details on the car and stuff. Amir Romero-Harvey the finance manager was also very helpful and thorough. All-around good experience buying a car here.
