Please don’t come here if you cannot spend at least half day here. 4-wheel alignment took more than 2.5 hours!! $159.99 cannot use any coupon they sent you. Last oil change also took 2.5 hours. I think I need to find somewhere else to do the maintenance.

I was looking for a Toyota dealership to service my Toyota Sienna. I chose DCH Brunswick Toyota. What a mistake that was
I made an appointment for July 26th at 3:00 pm for an oil change. I arrived a little early and pulled into their service center. One of their employees came over to my car and said he would be with me in a few minutes. After a few minutes he came to my car, asked me to step out and directed me to a service man named Rich. Rich then took my information and entered it into the computer. He said he would let me know when my oil change was completed. I then asked him where I should wait and he told me where. I sat down in the room to wait for my car. After about an hour at 4:00 pm, I went to Rich’s desk to see when my car would be ready. He told me there were 3 cars ahead of me and then I would be in express. Said it would be approximately another half hour. After 4:30 pm I again went to Rich’s desk to see when my car would be ready. I told him I made an appointment for 3:00 pm and why make an appointment if it didn’t make a difference. He said I made an appointment to see him so he could do my paperwork. What paperwork? He only needed to put my name, address, phone number and the make, year, model and mileage in the computer and say oil change
Well at 5:05 pm Rich came to get me to tell me my car was ready. Then he directed me to where I was to pay for the oil change and told me he took $20 off the bill to hopefully make this a better.
When does an oil change take over 2 hours to complete. Why make an appointment if it means nothing. I have NEVER had an oil change take 2 hours. Totally unacceptable. Well, needless to say, DCH Brunswick Toyota will NOT ever work on my car again. DISGRACEFUL!!! Shame on them!!!

Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.
Waiting area/restroom was nice enough, once I was able to go there.
The service itself didn't
But, I had to wait in "line" in their big garage/service area, inside the car for a very long time (Well over an hour, probably closer to an hour and a half) to "check in", despite having an appointment.

I took my 2018 Toyota Camry into the DCH Brunswick Toyota Service Center on 06/10/24 to have the brakes checked and ended up being charged $1018 for a Brake Booster Assembly Part# 44610-33B20 in addition to an $818.97 labor charge. This same Part I discovered has an MSRP of $865.60 and was also on sale at the time (at other sale outlets) at a 30% discount of MSRP for a price of $598.45. I brought this discovery to both the Service and Parts Manager at this Service Center requesting a price match. They both disingenuously feigned ignorance of the competitive prices that I presented and became defensive. This sort of "predatory pricing" being placed on a long-term customer who has purchased two brand new Camrys from this same dealership is disgraceful and a smear on the Toyota brand. This message should serve as a fair warning to other customers intending to carry out any major repair work at this Service Center. It is also interesting to note that I have yet to receive the customary customer service survey e-mail that typically gets sent out right after each service.

I always bring my car for service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I also am understanding that they are always busy. The only part I don't like is waiting for about 30-60 minutes to be checked in for service sitting in my car. I'm not sure what the solution can be for this it seems they are just short staffed.

Management wants to things makes right and they are trying good but employees specifically service advisors dont want to have their service center 5 stars. They play with price. They dont have fix price they charge as per customer

Toyota dealership charged me $800 to change transmission fluid and differential fluid on my 2022 highlander
I feel very scammed right now. Has anyone else had a similar experience to this? These prices seem absolutely outrageous and far higher than what I'm seeing on Google for average mechanics. Safe to say I learned my lesson and will not be going back there for any kind of maintenance again.

Please make sure you leave their office with all your paperwork for the loan company. Once you buy the vehicle and leave the parking lot, they will not help you nor care to help you. I waited over a month for my loan information to come to my home so I know who and where to make my payment and still nothing came. Had to call customer service, that was joke as well. I will never ever buy a vehicle from a Toyota Dealer at all.

It's amazing how different experiences can be. I'd give them a 5 based on my experience and mine alone bringing in my vehicle under warranty. They were fast and everything was covered. Friendly staff, it was a good experience.
Then I bring in my wife's vehicle that does not have a warranty on it for an oil change. Right away they identify the need for a rotation/alignment of the wheels and suggest I pay $399 for that and an oil change and fluids package. They did not offer me Toyota Care which would've saved me money.
During the maintenance for this vehicle, they send me a laundry list of things they believe I should get done. What should have been a $200 visit became a $400 visit with an additional $1,200 quote for a bunch of simple and/or unnecessary things. I changed my own brake pads and in doing so I triggered a fault that could only be cleared using Toyota TechStream software or GTS or whatever proprietary software diagnostics tool they use.
I had to take it back to the dealership to get it inspected and cleared which was quoted at just shy of $200. The brightside is that the employees there are friendly and only charged me half since it was such a fast and easy fix.
Warning to anybody trying to do their own maintenance, the rear calipers are electric and you need to put your vehicle into "Service Mode" before disassembly otherwise you are going to bury yourself in work.
