I never had any experience with a pharmacy as unprofessional as this CVS Pharmacy. The phone is never answered by them. You must then go in person, and the drugstore staff and pharmacist are rude to you when you get there. They will come up with a lot of justifications for why your prescription isn't available. Don’t waste your time and money there..

I recently took my parents to our local CVS Pharmacy to receive their flu shots, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured a smooth process. The pharmacist Nadia on duty was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions about the vaccine, potential side effects, and any concerns we had. The entire vaccination process was carried out with utmost professionalism and efficiency, putting both me and my parents at ease. I tried calling to ask about the COVID vaccine and was put on hold forever. The automated voicemail was unhelpful and they were completely unwilling to connect me to a representative over a simple question. As I got there, they were helpful and I was able to get my flu shot with insurance covering it.

This review is based on the checkout experience. I tried to make a return for a beauty product that I bought a few months back. The woman "helping" me made me feel guilty and felt like I was being questioned. I spoke to a manager who was quick to help me (earning the extra star) but I brought up that there is a guarantee of satisfaction on the cvs website whether opened or not. Seems like the people working there need to be further trained. I'll only go back to this cvs if in dire need.

Wish i could give zero stars. My fiancée and I went to the pharmacy to pick up medication after it was on "backorder" for over a month (it never was). She asked the pharmacist how to use the medication since she has never taken it before. The pharmacist removed the cap from the needle to show her (instructions clearly state not to do so until you are ready to use) after assuring us that she was familiar with it since her husband has the same one. When she was done she put the cap back on the base and it wasnt until we got home that we realized she bent the needle when replacing the cap. My fiancée called first thing in the morning (they closed shortly after we got home) and was told to bring it back to see what they can do. We brought it back same day just to be told she would need to refill the prescription early because there's nothing they can do. I don't understand why since they are the ones who damaged it.

This store is great, it’s always clean and pretty well stocked. Marta is one of the best cashiers I’ve worked with. She always goes above and beyond for us “the customers”. She’s very helpful. I also love the diversity there because some employees speak Spanish and other languages that can make it easy to communicate with us (the customers). So far nothing but great experience here.

This place always have an issue with short slow staff. I schedule my covid test because is near my home. But honesltly everytime i come i always spend my whole lunch time in line. Oh no! But if you’re 10mins late to your appointment they immediately tell you to reschedule. They never answer the phone and if they do, they are so unprofessional. Today i had my appointment at 12pm, didn’t get seen until 1:28pm. This place is horrible.
