I'm a healthcare provider at a very busy Urgent Care near this pharmacy and many of my patients use this pharmacy. I haven't been able to get through to a person at the store or in that pharmacy for 3 months. I've left at least 10 voicemails letting them know this is a problem and nobody ever returns calls to the office or even my personal cell phone in spite repeated calls and messages. Patient care is suffering b/c we dont know what medication and dosages patients are on. The phone tree puts everyone into voicemail regardless of the selections made on the phone tree--I've made every different combination. Fix this so your patients can have good continuity of care

Embarrassingly long wait times over one hour in the drive thru with less than 3 cars, staff doesn’t even attempt to answer the phone. I have epilepsy and they won’t fill my script for my seizure medication. This isn’t even the first time. They don’t understand the medical danger they put their clients in. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

The service is terrible. There is a girl who is Latina who works in the morning. I speak to her in Spanish and she gets angry because she doesn't like to speak in Spanish and she didn't give me my medicine. I don't recommend it.

One cashier with a long line and he was texting on his phone in between customers. Didn’t even bother to ask if I had an extracare card.

The pharmacy is the slowest and most disorganized pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of sending my prescriptions to. I frequently wait for an hour in store or in the drive thru for my scripts. It's insane and management has told me to transfer my scripts to another pharmacy. Highly unprofessional.
