This is certainly not the helpful hardware place. Avoid this location at all costs if you are in need of paint. I went in to get a specific paint. The man who so proudly wears his Benjamin Moore hat, scoffed at me and toldme how terrible the paint would look. Save your time and money and visit literally any other store just to not have to deal with this man.

Great little local hardware store. They only have the basics and it’s a tad cluttery, but the staff is friendly. Plus .. they have chuckles!

Great selection for any home repairs. Everything from keys to electrical to screen repair they've got it. Just moved into the area and it's closer than home Depot. They also have barbecues and other outdoor needs. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. And they're open pretty late. I think around 8:00 or 9:00. But check that one.

So this place has A LOT of stuff and the people are pretty nice but I can never seem to get what I want here.Also it’s kinda expensive.But as far as level of service it’s second to none. Polite people with a sense of urgency. ?

I called up and immediately I was put on hold which I sat for 10 minutes and finally decided to hang up and call back the girl answered and I did not make a big deal about it I just mentioned it to her and let it go. I told her make and model and year of my car and that I need a key made she told me that she would call me back after she checks to see if they have that key that never happened that's not how you do business. So it was leaving me on hold and then telling me you would check and see if you have the key and call me back so that never happened either so now I realize this is not a good store to deal with I will go to a locksmith on Monday and get it taken care of. I went in there and told them about my need: I had a bong (water pipe) that was lightly damaged and I needed some heat resistant food grade epoxy to repair it. As soon as I said the word “bong” it was like I used a curse word. The people at the register were very dismissive, one of them even said “I don’t smoke pot so I can’t help you.” Well I replied that this could easily apply to broken dishware! (And besides, there are probably projects he has to help customers out with every day that he hasn’t himself done.) Well, I went into the epoxy section and clear enough there was glues and epoxies that would suit my task. I approach them again and ask why they didn’t at least recommend I take a look at them and they said that it wasn’t “for that purpose.” They’re general purpose; there isn’t a single use case for different epoxies, that’s the point!I don’t understand why they were rude and so unhelpful. With a little more time I could’ve easily found what I was looking for myself in the store after comparing the different epoxies, but because of that interaction I’m never coming back. I only came here because it’s faster than Amazon, but even then I’m baffled that these guys are still around.

Definitely not meant for the contractor. Manger barley knows how to deliver customer service. Half answers no willingness to help. Sad part it’s like this every time you need something. Older lady typically helpful everyone else acts like they hate being there. I really needed help today and got blown off

Just like the commercial says it's the local hardware place that has the same stuff as the big stores but with a smaller staff that is all too eager to help you by answering any questions you may have. I was greeted a pleasant "hello" when I entered and then they left me to browse, no nagging. If I had a question, and I did, they led me directly to the shelf location of the product I inquired about.

Just was at the store asked if they cut fob keys and they do. But refused to cut a key that you have only if you buy it from them

people should know about every ad that is being posted - in paper or online if you're working in places like this. half the staff had no idea about porch or patio swing nor that it showed ad as pickup from store
