Ridiculous. Most lazy BS artists I've ever met. I dropped my car off to get the tires rotated and the sensors checked. They called me 2 hours later and told me they couldn't rotate the tires from the front to the back because the tread life in the back is better than the front. Don't waste
your time with these people, there's a million other tire places that are much more affordable, professional, and actually give a s***. They'll make you wait, and then don't do anything. I'll never come back

Yesterday I got a flat tire in front of Costco tire department, they were closed but ED was an angel and helped us, such a nice and professional guy. I’ll be back for sure.

I recently had my tire checked and faced a few issues: my original tire cap was replaced with a different one, the pucks were not removed which might have damaged my vehicle, and there was a significant delay as I was told it would take one hour but had to wait three hour before service started. I hope this feedback helps improve your service.

I wouldn’t even give 1 start to this particular tire center. Front desk person doesn’t take notes of the problem or even happy to see a customer. I miss going to CLIFTON COSTCO TIRE CENTER. Their service top notch.

We made an appointment a week in advance for tire pressure sensors. We arrive at the scheduled time just to hear they ran out of the material so they couldn't service the car... what a waste of time! No apology, no rescheduling, what a nightmare!

I had a bad experience and waited 3 hours for them to install my new tires. This was with an appointment. Long line at front desk, with only 1 person working. it looks to me like they need a supervisor to keep people organized, moving and working. Their process seems very inefficient. Oh, and the "waiting bench" is very uncomfortable.

Front desk lady knows her service team as she tells you to double check your vehicle. The most horrible tire service of Costco in NJ. DO NOT TRUST THEIR TIRE SERVICE PEOPLE. If you value safety or your life, always check your tires and inside/out when you pick up your vehicle. Either they did not do their job well, loose tire spare, took tire caps, loose lug nuts, etc. For sure there’s something negative on their service. Your membership is never valued.

Too slow, they changed rear tires with front without asking. When you ask them to do it quickwr they just say they are doing it precisely while no one does something to the car.

Took 3 hours to change 4 tires even with an appointment. After 1.5 hours I asked how much longer it would take and they just kept saying 15 minutes

Front desk service is horrible. You should have all the time in the world to get the tire maintenance done.There is always one person on counter and they don't care how big the line is.And to add appointment does not matter. You still have to wait in line.

Worst schedule ever. They schedule an appointment for you only to disregard it completely. Had an appointment for 7pm. Said the job will be done by 9. It’s midnight right now and I’m still here waiting …
