I believe Concord is a scam. Only accepts wire transfers from USA residents. No credit cards or PayPal. SCAM. Yet it comes up at the top of certain searches.

Tried to contact them by e-mail 12 times, call on phone, each time no answer, and ordered online, 20 times, screen went blank. The reviewer "K" is a liar, no answer either way. Now the part is out of stock which means its gone for good. Great job, DON"T make me laugh. How do these morons stay in business. Not by customer service, negative satisfaction.

They will hold you order for a week before shipping it unless you pay fro an expensive overnight shipping. could get faster shipping from eBay.

53 dollars for Fedex or UPS ground shipping for a 6 dollar stamped bracket that could be stuck in an envelope and sent via USPS first class air mail, worst case 7 bucks in a priority mail envelope. Get a grip.

Ordered parts and soon as I hit pay button no confirmation .check checking account they had taken money. Send message about no confirmation. start recieving emails about non payment. Long story short had to go to bank and put stop payment on funds. Terrible service. Run from this company

My order was for a part on my 10 year old car that is no longer manufactured. My order for this same part was cancelled and refunded by 4 other sellers since they didn't have the part and couldn't find one. CONCORD DELIVERED! It took a long time, but they never gave up. My email inquiries were responded to quickly. You can't ask for better than that!
