At first, everything seemed fine, but having my car sit in the shop for nearly 2 months just because of two broken windows and a broken windshield wiper is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my insurance was billed for cleaning blood and glass from the car, yet there was still blood and glass inside when I finally got it back after all that time. Not to mention the constant changing of promised dates, resulting in me not getting my car back until the day I was leaving the country. This place is absolutely terrible. Has anyone else had a similar experience here? They kept blaming back orders for the delays, yet continued to give false completion dates. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
