I used a Groupon deal for 4 and brought an extra kid. They made me pay for an extra lane for 2 hours $36 and shoes. The clerk working there was very unprofessional.

Fun place to have birthday parties for kids or just hang out with friends. Went for a birthday party here, had tons of food. There were more options for food than just pizza, the arcade is also good

I hosted a private event at Bowlero North Brunswick April 2024 and I wanted to say what a fantastic job the team did. The General Manager Chris B, the Event Manager Damaris, and the Event Host Leroy did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was fun, and we were thankful for all the available parking. All our attendees (30) had a fun time. We hope to be back soon.

Pricey but fun.. plenty of arcade games when you're done bowling! Atmosphere is cool.

Went here for a birthday party. It was a great time! The music & the lights made everything even more top notch. Food was delicious as well.

This place sucks. And that's giving it a lot.When is the last time the lanes were oiled? Honest question. We bowled on lane 13 and it was honestly the worst lane I've ever bowled on. The scoring never gave the right score, and you can't adjust it on the faulty keypad. When you get something for an amazing price, there is a good reason why. Groupon was two hours, two bowlers with shoes included for $30. I overpaid by $30. I am so glad that I only purchased one, I would be too pissed if I had opted for multiple purchases. Do not come here if you are looking to do anything other than goof around with friends. And even then, choose anyplace other than here. Truly dissatisfied. Give me my money back.

Had a fun Team-building with my colleagues yesterday. The food was ok and nothing special, but the fun vibe was what we enjoyed. There's a Groupon promotion for Bowlero right now, and the $84 for 6 people ( 2 hours of bowling with shoe rental) is for sure a good deal!

Food service is very slow. I would rather go and eat outside. It took 1 hour to prepare my order when I ordered online on the table scanner

I ordered a burger from here. Either top burger I had in my life or top 2. Food is very worth it. Bowling it always a wait. It's other things to do in the mean time. Bar is good. Bartender should work on customers getting his attention. Overall good place. Nice bowling lane

Great experience. Beautiful lanes and great service. The food was awesome. We held a party and the whole event was well run and kept on time. The venue is clean and staff was friendly, helpful and prompt. Definitely loved the warm pretzels with dip and the fried cauliflower bites for my vegetarian friends. Kids loved the fresh fruit, pizza and fries. Cookie cakes are delicious. The arcade was a winner as well. Definitely coming back for my own birthday next year but this was perfect for my 8 year old to have her dream party. Great parking too.

I love going to Bowlero. I normally go with my family and we always have a great time. I will definitely go again also the food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) are on point.

Had my daughter's 10th birthday here last weekend. The staff seemed extremely overwhelmed. I feel our party did not get the same courtesy of attention as the other smaller parties did. I was observing the whole time. I booked the party 2 months in advance. I had 19 kids and they placed us by the crowed bar area. All the other birthday parties were on the arcade side and seemed more put together. Patrons were all up in our food and drinks which was annoying. I had to tell them that the food is for a party not a free for all. People can be rude. Most of the arcade games were out of service. I kept asking for the arcade cards and cake for at least 45 minutes. The cake came out 5 minutes before our party time ended which really made me annoyed even further because we had to be out of the lanes 5 minutes after that. I booked the party for 2.5 hours to give ample time and we were asked to remove our belongs from the lanes while guests were eating cake because our time was up. They should of extended the courtesy and let us stay an extra 15 minutes since they were late brining out the desserts. With a large party of kids and adults that was hectic. I will admit that the amount of food and drinks provided surpassed my expectations. Everyone enjoyed the food and tons of left overs to take home. The kids and guests had a great time which it is ultimately about. I would even consider booking an adult party there, since so much attention would not be needed. I am going to assume they were short staffed that day, and I'll put my frustration behind me because I didn't look bothered at all, but from my prospective as the person who paid and booked the party they need to be more attentive, organized, and timely for people who pay a decent amount of money to book events with them. UPDATE: 3/19/2024 Spoke to the manger and sales director to rectify the issue. Everyone was very understanding, considerate, and offered us to come back free of charge to make up for the events that occurred.

There are very clearly not enough servers for the amount of business they are doing.We ordered 2 water bottles, waited 30 minutes, asked someone about them, waited another 30 minutes and then went to the bar and got them myself. Your staff seems overwhelmed.
