“I have an old car, and the front bumper had come loose on one side. I called Bill to see if they could fix it, and he was incredibly pleasant, asking me to bring the car in for a look. When I arrived, Bill attended to me right away and got to work.

Since my car is quite old, the traditional screws weren’t working, but Bill used some creative solutions to secure the bumper. He also noticed the fender liner was hanging down and took care of that as well, which involved some time spent working underneath the car.

Once everything was fixed, I asked Bill how much I owed him. He only asked for $10 to cover supplies, but I insisted on paying more given the effort and creativity he put into the repairs. He politely refused to charge extra. I didn’t have cash, and when I offered my credit card, he told me not to worry about it. I insisted again, happy to pay more for such great service, but he simply said he was glad to help and didn’t want to charge anything.

I was pleasantly surprised by his generosity. It seems like a fantastic shop with wonderful people who truly care about their customers.”

“I got in an accident and the other driver scrapped the whole right side of my car, took off a lot of red paint, damaged my door so it didn't close fully and dented my bumper. I took my car here after getting referred by another body shop and I could not be more happy. I waited a couple months to see if the paint and other repairs held up well before writing a review and they did! They also cleaned the inside of my car and it had the new car smell, as well as fixing a few other small dents on the opposite side of my car, all without me asking and taking only a week to make all the repairs. The lady at the front desk was also extremely nice and understanding as I had never been in an accident before. Lastly the paint match was PERFECT I was so impressed and it held up through two snow storms. Definitely referring anyone I know and coming back here if I need anything else fixed.”
