The N Bruns store tries, they do, but it's the overall BJs corporate bad customer service that takes over. My BJs phone app showed $12 in BJs reward cash which the front desk could not apply to my purchase, so they sent me to corporate cust svc, who took 20 mins to tell me how right I was but then wanted to ESCALATE my issue and have LEVEL2 support call me back. No sorry. I'm out. This is not the first time BJs customer service failed me. They refuse to return most items, unlike Costco btw - the much better deal in my opinion and certainly the better customer service oriented warehouse company.

Bj's needs to get its act together. They have this guy selling cell phone plans and this person is totally annoying. I've complained to the manager twice about this creep. He constantly harasses customers as soon as you walk in. I've been patient with him but someone might not in the future.I tore up my membership because of him and bought a membership with Costco across the street.Goodbye BJ's

I am a customer for a very long time as grocery prices are rising I have no problem paying them I work just as hard as the people who scan the items there seven days a week some days one day off a month I do not understand if they will not allow you to buy or put your stuff on the scanner before they start scanning so that they don't go throwing it in the cart and ruining the eggs or ripping open the meat that cost $600 by the end of the food shopping what is someone to do I want to do the self scan but you only allow 20 items this way no one else would be annoyed I wanna enjoy my experience there I don't want to be harassed by the people who work there because they have rules that they have to scan real fast but that they have to throw everything in the cart and get to the next customer if you want my harder money then you should respect me like I respect everyone else I want to be able to scan a piece I want to be able to bag my items without anyone being offended or anybody crying or me having to call the manager to get them to make their staff understand that my point is valid please let us know how you can fix this issue

We were visiting from out of state and in distress with a flat. Arrived a half hour before they closed and the tech took care of us!That's the only experience I've had and we're definitely grateful! ??

Good luck reaching them over phone. BJs made it extremely difficult to reach them directly taking you for a phone prompts to no where

Worst Tire Center...I had a flat tire and had the tires installed at bjs so they cover it for free. But when I went to get it fixed they asked me for paperwork when I had it installed from last year! I said can't you track on your system and he said he needs the physical paper...I was surprised and had to double check I didn't travel to a 3rd world country!I went to the customer service and asked them if they had any records and they asked me which date I had them installed...I mentioned it was last year and can't remember exact date. But he said he can't check without exact date! And then finally said it's not showing in our system for your membership...What a waste of time...I would suggest don't even think of going to this tire center.

I received a flyer in the mail about two weeks ago for a three month free trial or one year membership for $25. When I went to the Flemington New Jersey store this morning I was asked if I had ever shopped in the store before. I advise them that I had shopped once before as a guest of a friend. I was told that I could not use the three free months trial since I already shopped in that store but I was welcome to take advantage of the one year membership for $25. I informed your employee that nowhere on the flyer did it state that you cannot use the three free month trial if you had already shopped at that location. Once again your employee tried to persuade me to sign up for the one year membership at $25. It appears that BJ's is pulling the old bait and switch on potential customers As well as false advertising. You would think in this economy, BJs would welcome anyone who wanted to shop there. You could count on one hand the people that were shopping in the store this morning. Be assured but I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, yelp and Other social media outlet to warn everyone of your bait and switch policy.

Now that people have cooled their heels on hoarding and losing their minds trampling each other getting at the last pallet of rice, the Thunderdome inspired mayhem of visiting your neighborhood warehouse club has now downshifted to a far more palatable PG-13. BJ's is now pretty straightforward - wear a mask, wait in line and enter in less than fifteen minutes. Most items including paper products are available and if you're still jonesing for that $2,100 backyard gazebo and gross of imitation crab meat they have mountains of both in stock, no waiting. Funny, now that it's gone, I miss the hand to hand combat.
