Sign says open 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.Apparently they don't bother opening till 1pm. Customers keep waiting at the door hoping someone will come.

We were visiting from out of state and in distress with a flat. Arrived a half hour before they closed and the tech took care of us!That's the only experience I've had and we're definitely grateful! ??

Good luck reaching them over phone. BJs made it extremely difficult to reach them directly taking you for a phone prompts to no where
