I have been a customer of Avalon Nail Salon since it opened approximately 15 years ago.? Snow does an AMAZING job of making the nails on my hands look beautiful with gel fills and beautiful nail designs. I always get compliments on my nails. Bebe takes FABULOUS care of my feet with her pedicures and massages on my feet and legs. I always walk out better than when I came in. Snow and Bebe really care about their customers and I am so thankful for them.. I highly recommend this shop.❤️

Stay away from this nail saloon
Owner ruined my nails by removing gel I was in pain and kept telling her
Her response I'm professional and know what I'm doing
Both of them are not professional I approached her and she told me it was someone one else
I has beautiful nails they are ruined and destroyed by Avalon Salloon
I'm seeing dermatologist now
It will take 6 months to get my nails back

I got the neatest nails done here yesterday! My nails look so natural and the staff are friendly and professional! I will surely be back!

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I got gel manicure and a regular pedicure for $60. I also tipped nicely because I thought the lady did a fine job (at the time). I then go home and two days later (I went on vacation), my nails were chipping, gel falling off and pedicure absolutely ruined. I called once I got back home (after one week). The lady told me I must've done something because it should last longer. I agreed that it's kinda crazy how it came off so fast but that I didn't do anything differently. She said that it's been too long for them to fix the ruined nails and that it's my problem. I'm clearly agitated because I could've done this at home and it would've lasted longer. For reference, my gel nails stay for an average of 4 weeks (with or without vacation). I will never be visiting this place again, not only because of their horrible service, but also because of the poor way they deal with customers. I just wasted 70 bucks on nails that lasted two days.Services: Manicure

Im gonna say these reviews about the woman snow drilling into your skin and making you bleed these are very true. Snow never listens to you she talks over you and yes she doesn’t take blame for anything she blames you if anything goes wrong. She doesn’t have the patience to listen. The minute you start to tell it ask her and she gets very defensive. From experience when she is filing your cuticles she uses the electronic buffer I know she means well but she needs to listen to people if they are telling her it hurts and they are bleeding.

My mom got a last minute manicure pedicure. This place is average. Based on the equipment used they can use an up-grade. When we called to get prices we were given different rate than what was charged at check out.
