Please avoid this store if possible. I went to the store to pick up 3 devices from an online order for an upgrade. As soon as i left the store all 3 of my current phones were deactivated. I called the store back and the store manager Tito told me that it was my fault as i was supposed to tell them not to activate the phone. He also told me that he could not do anything even. if I came back to the store. He asked me to call ATT to fix the issue. The problem is that Att needs an active line to text a pin. Since i didn’t have an active line it took multiple levels of escalations within ATT to enable my phone after about 2 hours. Be vary of the store manager Tito as he will not provide any assistance in case of issues. Avoid this store if possible.

Firstly syed shah was the rep that helped me he was swift, kind, and extremely helpful.He helped me open a new line in almost record time which was great.The atmosphere in this store was also awesome, As soon as you come in you are offered coffee and or hot chocolate while you're waiting

Manager Tito does not provide customer support. He will just direct you to 611 and make it someone else’s problem. Also, he said his name is Tito but his name on the badge is Hector.

The service was excellent Tito Aldo and Syed was so helpful with are phones and watch purchases. Aldo explained everything to my fiancé and very thorough wasn't rushing took his time and very personable. I am happy customer excellent experience! Very professional staff!!

My girlfriend and I went here to get her a new phone since her’s was on it’s last legs due to storage issues, and everything that could’ve gone wrong on our end probably did. It turns out her father hadn’t made her an authorized person on her plan, her broken phone didn’t want to transfer over anything, and she couldn’t find a case she liked for quite a bit. Despite all of this, a gentleman named Edgar helped us through the entire process with patience and manners. Not once were we made to feel rushed despite all of the issues. My girlfriend loves her new phone and we’re thankful to the staff for all the help with they were with acquiring it!

I upgraded my phone online. I ended up not liking the phone and went to the Monmouth junction location to return the device and go back to my old phone. They were closed.I then went to this location and the woman that helped me was pleasant but ultimately could not help me.She then asked when I got the new phone I told her less than a week. She spoke with what I assume was a manager of some sort.This individual never introduced himself to me never said his name or what the issue was.He asked me a couple of questions and when he couldn't figure it out on his iPad he informed me he would try to attempt it on the computer.The "manager" and the woman who was initially helping me said they couldn't do anything and that I would have to contact customer service and request a prepaid shipping label to send the phone back that they could not do it in store.I am frustrated because if they aren't customer service representative then what are they there for?I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism and communication as to what the issue was.I won't be returning to this store again.

My cell phone suffered water damage and my pay off amount was $100. I switched from my A71 5G to the similar A53 and I wound up getting the same phone, albeit .2 inches smaller on the diagonal, I my monthly payment went down by $2.This was all due to the expert consultation by Denny Torres, Retail Sales Consultant. Denny could have easily upgraded me to a more expensive, faster, bigger and smarter phone however after assessing my needs and wants, and he did a great job, I left there thoroughly satisfied. I am sure his managers are delighted to have someone like Denny on board.GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE

Disappointed with the phone upgrade setup, had declined any insurance or protection plan for my new iphone but the associate who was young 20s kid still added it and also next up charges were added without mentioning that they are chargeable and that this is the fee, surprised when i saw the bill and had to remove all the add-ons, advice to the management to train employees well and enforce earning a honest buck
