This location was not able to help me when money was stolen from my account. Such terrible costumer service so sad to have been with this bank for a long time & getting this type of treatment very disappointing….

I went to this branch few months ago cause I need a letter for an immigrant process for my family. I’m still waiting for the paper after 4+ months and have called several times. The staff are nice people, but not sure if they are organized or WF’s process is just wrong.

I live down the block, that my account has a Fraud on a for more then 1 year an I still have NO! Money...Thank you, again I would like to have my money today.ASAP!AV
