The worst postal office in all Union city - north berguen - Jersey city!!!They always say that my returns aare for UPS and they don’t!!!!!!! Always I have to go to a far away postal office where they actually do receive my returns. I don’t know always they deny to receive my packages. So pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easter is love even though i moved a little far, but just because of Easter, i always used this location .... believe me, this is the only one usps location where you can find such a bright smiley, happy face, and a person with a positive attitude. She helped you without any discrimination. God bless her. i wanna give her thousands of stars ?

Very less open time for this USPS store 10-4pm and having long break hours 12:45 to 2pm. Other USPS stores are having longer and better times. Additionally staff is average and not very friendly.

I have to say as small as it is, I have received the best service from this office compared to any other postal service, the woman there I’m not sure of her name, but she’s the only one there when u have gone is a gem!!! She makes u want to go there, she’s sweet, polite, doesn’t mind helping answering anything you need! She’s a doll!!

Esther is amazing. I don’t care how far I am from this location I just prefer to drive there because the customer service is just great! I feel so happy every time I go there. She always has a smile on her face.
