DOES NOT SCAN POSTAL BOXES. SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK. I AM A 5 STAR SMALL BUSINESS THAT RELIES ON USPS. THIS YEAR THEY HAVE LOST OVER $1,000 OF MY INVENTORY. OVER 8 BOXES HAVE NIT ARRIVED TO MY CLIENTS. THEIR EXCUSE??? WE ARE SHORT STAFFED SO WE CAN NOT SCAN YOUR BOXES WHICH IN TURN NEVER GET DELIVERED. AND RUDE?!! BEYOND RUDE. GO TO ANYOTHER POST OFFICE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

George here is absolutely terrible and makes everyone wait even if there is an endless line. Never will call for assistance and like completely ignore everyone. Go to another location if possible

Very clean office, excellent customer service. The clerks here are courteous & very helpful.The hours of service from 10:00am to 7:00pm are a big plus for me. Been going to this office on Bergenline for more than a decade. Keep up the good work USPS

This USPS office repeatedly has lied about attempting delivery (proven with security cameras/the fact that they have free access to the building and mail room at my residence), so they keep holding my items for pickup, which I cannot do. Amazon refuses to stop using USPS, so all I can hope is that this USPS stops their unethical practices.

There’s parking around, they are open later than most post offices, and i don’t expect much but they were fine at 6pm on a Friday! Pretty happy with what used to be a gross process in NYC

Only one cleark at windows working after 4pm. And line is all across lobby to back rear door. Truly pathetic office. Can't even blame employee. This falls at the hands of management.

I went to send a package with my mother (who doesn't speak English). The employee who recieved the package was unnecessary mean. She seemed angry for some reason, even though the first thing I said to her was: "good morning ma'am". I don't know how people with bad attitude get jobs at customer service positions. It's beyond me.
