If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment for renewal of passport and when I came in the lady told me that the person who does passports went to another office. I don’t understand why confirm an appointment if you don’t have the staff and don’t even inform about the cancellation until the person comes in. Very poorly managed. Will not return to this location.

Customer service is 0 of knowing the process of the work and the attitude can tell you how much they hate their job please change the staffs and is so unprofessional when the staff has big arguments to each other on front of the customers

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’m never the type to leave a bad review but this get me pissed. I get the people that work at the post office want to leave as soon as it closes but you cannot do that while people still inside. It is not my fault that they lack communication in their structure of work. I was not informed they had a new system and I had moved about a month and a half ago. I do not get any mail and the person that drops the mail off said “you just have to put your name outside the mailbox.” I had done that and I still got no mail so today I went in person. It was a terrible experience and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever received in my life. The woman that works behind the window pushed/tapped my cousin saying “it’s closed”. After this incident I had asked for her name and she said “I’m the woman that works behind the window” and refused to tell me her name. This is infuriating and unacceptable. I hope I get my mail after my mother and I were rushed to fill out the form from the moving so we could get our mail. That woman had no communication skills and lacked customer service. I hope the manager communicates to me and could be informed of what happened today.

Passport service says they have walk-in hours. Went there and they said they have appointments come in and could not process walk-ins. If they can’t process walk-ins, they should not say they have walk-ins. That simple.

I don't know why there's such low ratings ?♂️Even though this is a Big place and Understaffed,The people here have to work that much Harder and they get it done with Patience Professional and Knowledgeable Staff.Be thankful you have a fully Functionable Post Office you can just wlak to, in this small secluded neighborhood.Where you Don't have to Drive Far away, where there's No parking, Inpatient Busy clerks, Long Waiting Lines at other Post Offices..
