Wish I could give -0 stars. Had a couple of boxes delivered here had no communication whatsoever when the boxes arrived. Prior to sending I contacted the store to make sure and get information on it and was told there would be a $5 fee for each box. No mention of different pricing when it comes to weight. Upon picking up the box the associate says it’s $10. I had someone else pick them up so I called and spoke, to who said he was the manager, and he told me he would not give me a refund because it wasn’t his problem and I didn’t tell them nor ask about the weight all while being very rude and unbothered by the error made by the store themselves. Suggestion: if you have no customer service skills, don’t work with people. And just be nice to others, specially customers.
