I had a great experience at this UPS store. I was helped by Pratham, who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. The whole team was super friendly, but Pratham really stood out — he made the whole process smooth and easy.
Highly recommend this place for printing, binding, and creating custom notebooks. The customer service is a solid 10/10!

We are extremely disappointed and disheartened by our recent experience with UPS. On July 14, we entrusted UPS with two separate packages containing our passports and other highly sensitive, time-critical documents. These were among the most important items we’ve ever had to ship — tied directly to upcoming international travel and legal deadlines.
Unfortunately, both packages have been lost since shipment. An investigation was opened on July 17, yet as of today — eight business days later — there has been no resolution, no meaningful update, and no communication from UPS.
We have reached out multiple times by phone in hopes of getting guidance or even basic reassurance, but instead we’ve been met with silence. This experience has had a devastating impact on our lives:
• We’ve missed critical deadlines due to the lost documents
• Our travel plans for the next three months have been entirely derailed
• The financial and emotional toll has been significant
We fully understand that issues can occur in transit. But what we hoped for — and what’s still missing — is accountability, communication, and urgency. These packages were not just parcels; they held pieces of our future. The complete lack of transparency and follow-through has made an already difficult situation far worse.
We sincerely hope UPS takes situations like these more seriously going forward. At minimum, we expected timely updates and personal outreach — especially when the contents and consequences were so critical.

I came here last Wednesday for a print job. I was told that they weren’t able to print on both sides. When I gave them a suggestion that may work, I was completely brushed off and was told to go elsewhere for it. The person didn’t even try. Please don’t waste your time here and go to the Secaucus location. Much more reliable and people are great there !

I am a teacher and I realized I needed my awards and other documents printed for my students by today! Unfortunately, there isn't a printing location near by, so I came here and BOY am I HAPPY I did!
I was helped by the wonderful staff there. Based on what I was printing, they understood I was a teacher and these copies were very important to me.
They assisted me with retrieving my certificates from my thumb drive, as well in printing my other documents. I am so grateful to Pratham, Pathik, and Prasmanth...I hope I spelled their names correctly! In behalf of myself and my students, Thank you!!!
