PLEASE WATCH AND BEWARE!!December 20 I was pulled over on RT 3 after suffering from an episode (slurred speech in video proves that) the officers who assisted me suggested I not drive and if nobody was able to come pick me up; they would call a tow truck. I refused. I stated that my dad lives in Newark & could be over to me if given time. They said due to safety (we were on the side of the road) they would only give him 10 minutes to get to me…REALLY? 10 minutes??? I went ahead & called my dad anyway & proceeded to wait for him. Literally 3 minutes later the tow truck was there. WHAT HAPPEN TO 10 MINUTES?My car had been having trouble starting due to an electrical issue (so I thought) so I purchased a jump starter. I let the phucker who was towing my car know that he would need to jump my car in order to take it off the flat bed. He said ok. The very next morning me & my sister drive over to get my car. I pay my dues & go about my business. Knowing I would need the jump starter to get my car going I reach to the back seat to do so. & guess what? It isn’t there.Believing it was an honest mistake I went back inside and let the fat bum at the window know my jump was gone & probably lost in their office. I needed it back to get off the lot. His phat ssa wouldn’t even get up to ask his minions where they misplaced it bc DUH, they stole it..GPS still running on my phone as I went to call my parents & noticed the reviews. Most or all were saying they were stealing items out of other people vehicles.What a bunch of phuckin crooks. I begin to record and demand they give me my jump back. They ignore me. BET.I walk out to begin looking for it on my own. Let’s see if it’s in one of these raggedy cars out front. Sure enough, they came out like roaches to tell me to stop & get away. Glad I got these THIEVES ON VIDEO. & HOPE EVERYBODY KNOWS TO TAKE ALL OF THEIR BELONGINGS WHEN THEY ARE BEING TOWED. Low down company, slimey employees!!I not only didn’t get my jump, but I had to call AAA to now jump & tow my car to the nearest mechanic (turns out it wasn’t a electrical issue, I just needed a new battery) which cost me an additional $160. Which could have been completely avoided. Y’all are scum.You gotta be a wild piece of literal sh!t to take advantage of people like this. & the nerve to say “call the police” oh you mean the very police you work with??? EAT MY SSA!!!

I needed a tow and called this place first since they're well known in the area and have a few drivers. Mr. Personality answered the phone and transferred me to the voice mail of the North Bergen office. These guys are fair and do a decent job from what I've heard, but they need a new receptionist answering the phone. Not expecting cheer but don't need Garfield waking up on a Monday morning shoving me away. But hey, saved me a pretty penny!

Not even 1 star for these crooks people honestly be aware do not allow these people to even touch your car. These people took advantage of my wife while she was scared and crying cause she got stuck on a small rainy weather and they took her car made her feel safe and told her she was gonna be alright and safe and she asked them how much was to toll the car not even a mile away they told her don't worry your in good hands she trusted them.They toll her car 7 minutes away to tell her that her bill was $2,000 dollars my wife told them why so much and they wouldn't even give her a invoice and not even allow her to take her personal stuff, So the guy in front CUSTOMER SERVICE who told her I will help you he's name Is Dan be careful this guy is a real angry men and totally not profesional in front of my 7 year daughter. My wife has lost her car cause she can't pay this kind of money the worst is my wife suffers from depression and anxiety and these people took advantage of a moment of a desperate situation to have the car in there possession and take advantage I will do whatever it takes to help others not to fall into this company's trap they should not even be in business honestly I wonder how many more innocent people specially women that don't understand prices or what's going on with there cars and these crooks come and take advantage of them.

A Business like this one will always flourish because of the partnership with local Police Departments in Hudson County, otherwise, based on Customer Service or competitive pricing they would be a total failure, on top of that, an extra 3% to process a payment........unheard of....when you believe that you have seen it all.......I guess you have not .!!Stay away .!!!Service: Car towing

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. That's pretty much the only thing I can give them. They will 100% steal stuff out of your car. Be wary of that.

Thieves. Not only were things missing from my car, they filed paperwork with the DMV saying my car was “abandoned” in an effort to get a new title and sell my car… They filed this paperwork the same day as the accident as insurance was working out their side.Service: Car towing
