James was extremely helpful. I walked in only having a slight idea as to what I wanted to do. Because of James‘s expertise and guidance, I left being extremely confident at what I am doing and what I just purchased. James immediately showed me the best option, took me outside to show me in person, told me other options and did not pressure me at all. He was extremely efficient and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend

I bought top soil ,in different occasions. And each one they load less them what I paid . As a costumer I told them and each occasions to the operator and they dont care .. very disappointed and never ever I will buy something from them

Worst place ever don’t buy from here they are bad people, don’t have any work ethic they also don’t go by nun of the hr rules or safety regulations I came there today everyone’s walking around smoking or doing what ever they want works are very disrespectful need much improvement

Asked for structural suitable bricks for industrial use. Sold me bricks that were not suited for structural repairs, not extruded, still on truck to job refused to refund today because they simply don't care to take responsibility for their own mistakes. This was a small number, what happens when it's pallets?

Reuther is THE place to go to buy the materials you need for your masonry project. I have gone there several times to look at options for pavers for my home. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with James Russell at Reuther who was able to get me the best price and quickest delivery time for a specialized paving product. He was able to obtain material for me in 2 weeks when it was initially projected to arrive in 2 months. He responded quickly to my messages and helped us resolve an issue where we needed more pavers last minute. Highly recommend Reuther for all your Masonry needs.

The Succasunna location was great when it was RP Smith. Since becoming Reuther, the staff are completely unhelpful. I've walking into the office to ask about product and the two women at the desk ignored me while they sang along with the radio at the top of their lungs. On another occasion, I asked to have an order wrapped up and ready to go for pickup the following day. They managed to charge my credit card right away but the next day at 1pm when I came to pick up my order, it took over an hour to get loaded up because nobody could be bothered to get it ready beforehand. On yet another occasion, I asked about block and they told me it should be coming in but couldn't say when. I asked if they could give me a call to let me know when it was in and I was told "we don't do that." There is no such thing as customer service with this company and I'm not purchasing small quantities of material. I'd rather drive over an hour away than deal with these people anymore.
