After changing the oil and filters for $99.55 total, they offered me a free wash. Very disappointed, the wash was only on the outside of the vehicle!

didn't even scrub my tire for the car wash, left just as dirty as it arrived. i had to wipe it down myself afterwards. this was after i started cleaning it. they didn't even try.

They left it dirtier, I asked them to remove a stain from the glass and the others told them to leave it like that, they didn't even dry it

They left areas of the vehicle dirty. The windows had smudges, and whatever liquid they put on the tires to add shine was all over the side of my vehicle. Not to mention that they left the rubber mats with small puddles of water. I had to finish cleaning the vehicle when I got home. I was very disappointed during this visit.

Sunday its always a long line, i understand and dont mind to wait. But these guys get the cars from the shop on side and cut the line just because they did some work in their cars and cut you in line and they go first, it dosent matter that you been waiting 20-30 minutes. Very very poor way of doing bussiness. In top of it the interior wash was horrible.
