We were just there, the girl spilled our drink, she did say sorry, and re make the drink, but It wasn’t the same because she didn’t have all the ingredients ( that’s 1 the reason I’m complaining ) Also the fries, I throw them away , they were way too salty and cold. Maybe for waiting all the extra time.

I went there last night around 11pm and it was the worst experience. I would ask them if they have certain items available and they did not care at all for what I was asking them. They basically ignored me. Ignorant workers.

Counter worker only taking online orders. Cashier said “I have 50 online orders. I can’t make you your order”. “You need to cancel.” When I asked her to make order she said “I’m new here”. I think it’s a complete lack of respect, employees are supposed to have training, it’s horrible to tell customers that they have to cancel their order because the same employees don’t know how to do it. This just happened to me right now with my partner, 5 am and the girl is short, white with long black hair. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered salads pretty often in quick check and today I decided to look at it closer and found plenty of these. I worked in fast food places before, and employees are told to be cautious about things like this. I just wanted to bring attention to this.

They rejected my order because they said the kiosk was down when the other side was working and was showed them receipt of my order and the place was basically empty I would have paid and showed the receipt so they can just deny u everytime they say the system is down it's not first occasion why bother going there to eat than since it isn't 100 percent reliable
