“I used U-pack to move from New Jersey to New Mexico. On the cost front, they beat out everyone - including me renting a truck and doing the move wholly alone. After car towing, gas, migraines, and rampant hidden costs, U-pack saved me over 2K over renting a truck. It also saved me from having to inflict the discomfort of a rental truck on my cat over a three day drive. U-pack made the move much more tolerable. The customer service was excellent. I did have a little trouble getting the truck picked up, but the storage facility in NM was understanding and worked with me on the pick-up. All-in-all I am very pleased with U-pack, and should I ever move long distance again, they will be my first call.”
