Sara, is a absolute angel! She worked with me till we found the right phone I could use. Her level of patiences with me was amazing. Not once did she get frustrated with me! I only wish more companies had people like Sara!

have been with metro pcs for about 12 years the plan i have when i got the plan i was told i had 4 smart phone lines for 100.00 i got 2 smart phones and because my elderly parents where not very tech savy i got them flip phones they have since past away so i wanted to change one of their phones to a smart phone i was told i would have to change plans and pay more. they courantly have the same plan i was supposed to have for new customers only i understand this is to attract new business but being a customer of 12 or 13 years i thought they would at least allow me to keep the same plan they told me i had they need to know it is cheaper to keep existing customers than get new ones i am seriously considering boost mobile as they are offering 4 lines unlimited for the $100.00 that metro pcs promised me in the first place.

The lgstylo 5 is not a good cellphone. I like samsung or others from the store. Its not clear the call when you are talking ..people tell me always they cant hear me.....

Update to my review of 2 weeks ago... On the front door of the Metro PCS door is a decal stating that if you are having a problem please call Mr. Alan Lesser at the corporate offices. I called 914/648-6000. It rings and rings and a voice mail announces that this is Alan, I cam the V.P. and general mgr of Metro PCS. Please leave a message and someone from my team will get back to you very shortly. I called this number ever 2 days for two weeks and have never had anyone call me back! I have now filed a small claims law suit in Hudson County................

Just bad customer service, came in to switch a phone, turned out I could not do it cause the phone was used. Thats not the issue. The customer service rep Dennise was just seemed miserable, not helpful at all. I was in some years back and a gentleman helped me, and the service was awesome, thats why I came back. I should be able to give zero stars.

They Wanted to charge me an extra 150 for the 4 line promotion and they won't even get my account number I will never recommend metro pcs to any one i know

Ok, if you are going to MetroPCS in the area please use this one. Kathy is an expert on the product and she is just cool and nice. Please Metro PCS, give Kathy a promotion, she should be someone who trains people how to work in the business. I am sure no one wants to know about my day in hell, bcs of other very passive aggressive service I have received all day, but trust me, everything from doing their nails, while pretending not to understand me, then getting someone else to help me, but "briefing" them before what a "pain" I am, to the phone representative reading to me from google a meaning of a word, when I asked them to explain something, then being given the wrong product and causing both of my phones to not work etc etc... literally 5 hours of this. So it was so good to see Kathy after all this. I usually go to her, but for some reason, I thought to save myself a few steps and call the 888 number and then go to a store closer to me. Ayayayaya... anyhow.... Thank you Kathy! You are one cool lady!
