New Jersey Lowes do not have the capability to install and deliver appliances to Manhattan. Lowe's cannot control what store their appliances are fulfilled by, even if you purchase online. If you live in Manhattan and the appliance is sourced from a New Jersey store, you will have to cancel the order and reorder through a Brooklyn store. Learned this after two failed deliveries and numerous calls over a month. I recommend avoiding Lowe's all together.

Everytime i visit this location i come out frustrated, they have staff that arent knowledgeable about half the items sold in store. You have young adults whom are just there to collect a pay check understandable, but key for success hire ppl who know a little something about what your selling and if they dont know teach them so they can answer questions accordingly and make the shopping expierience easier.

Horrifying experience buying kitchen cabinets. The person who helped us design and order cabinets left a week after doing so, but never created the order correctly. No one was able to figure out or even tell us exactly what the issue was, but parts were constantly delayed and slow incoming. 6 months to a year it took for the major parts to come, contractors had to guess how everything fit together because they couldn't print the plans. Trim work from upper cabinets were never installed, and several small trim pieces from the base are missing. Large gabs are visible and several drawers feel wobbly and loose. Took over a year with contractor constantly ordered and coming back with small parts. In the end nothing was finished well and trim is missing. Getting in touch with a manager or supervisor is impossible, everyone at this store seems lost and confused and completely unwilling to help. It felt like pulling teeth to get anything done. We were constantly bounced around with different contractors and sales people, very poor communication or record keeping. Completely unsatisfied with 13000 dollars going down the drain. The colors are slightly off from piece to piece , trim pieces are missing from both upper snd lower cabinets, some drawers feel loose and unable to hold weight but after 2 years of begging and struggling for someone to finish or help us we gave up. Never doing business with this branch again. I recommend you head to home Depot or a mom and pop shop. I personally never want anything to do with this lowes again, 2 and half years down the line of struggling to get our voices heard.

Recently got my carpet done from Lowe’s in north Bergen the gentlemen that worked in flooring Javier was very knowledgeable and helpful filled me in on so much. Also it was a very fair price and smooth transaction I would recommend Lowe’s flooring to anyone.

If I could put 0 stars I would horrible customer service. Called to see if my tile selection online was available but nobody picks up the phone. They don't value customer service and if I was the boss everybody there would be fired. How I call all the departments and nobody picks up the phone. Embarrassing should just close the store down if they don't wanna help for shit before I come there and shake things up.

Worst experience. Bough a BBQ grill to be delivered assembled and they try to deliver it without assembly. Order gets delayed for an extra week to get it delivered and being told then can not put it inside my home… thank Lowe’s. I will make sure to not put a foot in that store again. Ps: I never tend to write reviews but you guys need some good training in customer service.

It’s never a dull moment at Lowe’s. This location particularly is always clean, maintained, and stocked. The employees are nice and I never had a problem finding anything. Prices are great as well!

Ordered and paid for a refrigerator.It was never delivered and I had to spend countless hours on the phone to get my money back.Never mind that I took a day off work and waited all day for the fridge that never arrived.Waited over a year and spent hours to get back the money for the service contract.Still owed money for the service contract.No one to speak with when I call and unable to get an address for the CEO of the company.

I bought a fridge and paid for them to take my old one out which they said it would be no problem. Fast forward the new fridge gets delivered they dismantled the old one (which still worked) without any planning took the doors off and attempted to move it. They scratched all the walls, steps, and railings after ultimately leaving it there saying they can’t take it. Now I have walls full of scratches and damage, and the old fridge is sitting empty in the kitchen unusable. This was very unprofessional and am very disappointed. Then more employees came the next day after we complained and they said we aren’t doing that, that it wasn’t there problem. Never going back!
