If I could put 0 stars I would horrible customer service. Called to see if my tile selection online was available but nobody picks up the phone. They don't value customer service and if I was the boss everybody there would be fired. How I call all the departments and nobody picks up the phone. Embarrassing should just close the store down if they don't wanna help for s*** before I come there and shake things up.

My husband went to purchase carpet fro Lowe's North Bergen NJ store. He asked for a loader. Once the loader went to meet my husband and my husband asked if he is helping him. The older gentlemen (loader) started laughing and said he had a bad back. The gesture was so rude , disrespectful and un professional. He he had a bad back, why was he working. Workers at that location have treated us like that before. Very racist I thought. Lowe's need to rethink the people they hire. We returned the carpet and asked for an apology letter. Probably won't get one. We won't patronize Lowe's anymore.

Pro service? Yeah right more like no service. No help what so ever from any workers at all. A hour just to get some one to help. Won’t be coming again and won’t recommend this place to anyone

Tired to return an unopened drill bit set with a receipt. They won't take it since it was just a little over 90 days. But u can return anything you want without a receipt. Home depot gave me no issues.

Bought a fridge on Sunday 8th April. Told delivery on next Sunday. Got a call during the week from delivery Mgr to cancel delivery. Told Sunday delivery does not exist. We both work Monday through Saturday and can't take off. So no fridge. What do we do? Tried calling customer service was on hold 17 minutes 1st call 30 minutes 2nd call. Asked if they have a on time delivery policy and was ignored. No respect for customer time.

DON"T BUT APPLIANCE FROM THEM!!! I made an online order for a drying machine. I told the delivery team the item was too big therefore take it back and they proceeded to ignore me. I called 7 times to have the item picked up and I still have not received a response. One sales associate told me to deliver it myself back to the store.

I ordered a cabinet online 24 inch by 18 inch by 12inch and these people sent a cabinet 3 times the size. !!They will apparently pick up the wrong cabinet but they won't send out the correct order. You have to get their refund and then Re-order. What a pathetic policy

The employees here are so incompetent I can't comprehend how a store this poorly managed can possibly continue to exist. Reaching anybody here by phone is also impossible. I deeply deeply regret buying from here

The employees that work here are so helpful--specifically Richard. Man, he knows everything to be of great assistance. On one trip, he helped me pick out tile for my foyer after a few options were out of stock. On another occasion, he helped me setup a window measurement and called me afterwards to come in to talk about the quote. On my most recent trip to Lowe's, he assisted me in putting in my order for the carpet and install for my stairs.

Can't say I'm very happy with this store. The choice is really large, however, only after an hour and a half I managed to find the tile I needed, I could not pick it up right away and arranged delivery, it took a long time, one of the boxes was slightly damaged.

Made an Online Order on Jan. 15th and the order was scheduled to deliver Jan. 24th. Come the delivery date, Tracking was never updated from "Ready for pick-up by Carrier". Reached out to Customer Service and got told I would be refunded Shipping. 4 days or so later I never received a refund for shipping and the Tracking had still not changed. Reach out again to cancel the order and get a full refund. Was told by CS the order status had already shown "Cancelled" and I should be receiving a full refund. Come today, I check my email and have two email to "Review my purchase". Checked my bank and have no refund. Reached out AGAIN to CS and am told that the Order was Never Cancelled and nothing on the order showed anything for any refund what-so-ever. Will never buy from Lowe's again.

Placing my order online was easy breezy. I received a text to wait before coming to pick up my item. Less than 15 minutes later I received a notice my item was ready to pick up. I went the next morning. Pulled into curbside pickup 2 and waited. Within 5 mins my item was brought to my car and I was on my way. Don't get any easier than that!

I just left Homedepot to come here. Every Homedepot employees were in twos chatting I left there and came to the Lowes next door. Lowes reps today were fantastic. Came here today lookingFor a paint. The first person I ask, walked me to the paint sections, asked the lady working at that department about the the paint. She directed me but the gentle man walked there with me to find the paint. The lady later came to join just to make sure that I'm finding the right paint. They both helped me looked for other items that I need to get the paint job done. I was in and out of there in no time. I'm not sure why their rating is low because they are so attentive and helpful.

Made an order online, and came in to pick it up. It was a ghost town which was nice so it made my experience quick and efficient. The young lady at the customer service desk was super helpful and courteous. It was a very pleasant experience.Other than that there weren't many staff members around.

A big Lowes with a line at customer service that once they were through a unhappy customer, went much faster. Inside, big store and I wish had a map and a better sense of placement vs what I saw at another store near Morristown. No digital receipts still and no n95 filters for painters masks in stock. Lots of Xmas trees. Some inventory for rakes and cleaning leaves but less than expected versus the electric tool side. Still a good selection of tools upfront that had Dewalt and other brands available. No red. Blue and red sets.
