The staff was super warm and welcoming. I came in with damaged nails and they were repaired with care. I even left with a small holiday token. Positive experience had ✨️

Very poor service. I had called at 2:20 and asked if they take walk ins and they said yes and I asked if they were busy and if they could take me. They said yes as soon as I got there. I arrived 5 min later and they told me that it was a 25-30 min wait. So I had to wait. I had acrylics on and I wanted them removed to get the dip powder and they soaked my nails for quite a while and they took off the acrylic. The lady that did that had just done a pedicure and was weary the same gloves that she was using on someone else’s feet and used the same gloves on my hands. then I waited for about 40 min for someone to do my nails. Then the color I wanted they couldn’t find. They are so disorganized. Then the girl thy was doing my nails asked what shape I wanted and I said square rounded. And she was confused and asked round or square. I said again square rounded and she did the shape and then started cleaning up my nails and cutting my cuticles the tools they were using was unsanitary the girl broke my skin and now I have little cuts on my skin. Just terrible service. Don’t ever go here

Place is overpriced for the quality of work they do! Went in for a regular gel manicure and they charged me $35 when every other place on bergenline charges $25. I would be ok with paying $35 if the service was worth it. It has not even been a week and my nails are already chipping. Only giving two stars because they shaped my nails nice. walking in on a Saturday afternoon and realizing It was empty...red flag. I know now it wasn't my lucky day..,this place is horrible. Save the $20 they charge for a regular mani.

Things have changed a bit, but some of the old personnel still works there. It got nicely decorated. They accept walk ins, appointments for credit cards.

Me and my best friend came here after being turned away by another local nail salon and it is the greatest decision we ever made! The girls are so friendly and did an excellent job on our gel mani pedis. The prices are reasonable and the service is amazing. Plus, the massage chairs are a great bonus while getting your pedi!

This place used to be wonderful under Sarah's care, but now that she sold it to one of the workers, it's gone downhill. The new owner let me leave with an incomplete manicure. I asked for a simple design on two of my nails, and I got a wide eyed look of fear. So I told her if it couldn't be done, no worries, just paint the two nails a pink color. I must've said this at least three different times while both nail techs, if you want to call them that, tried to do this design I asked originally. They had actually gotten it done, not a great job though, by I would have lived with it had I not smudged the one nail. Under Sarah, in-house touch-ups were never an issue. No matter how bad the smudge was, they'd redo it for you right there. This time around, I might as well have asked to get gel tips after the work they just did. And again, I told them, if it was too much to do, they could remove the designs and do the simple pink color. The new owner at this point was helping me out and she started it, had me dry the base coat and then told me she couldn't finish it. That I'd have to leave because they were too busy. I was flabbergasted. I never had to deal with this before there. They told me I had to come back the next day, which I couldn't because I worked both my jobs that day, and the following day I was flying to Florida for five days. Apparently that didn't matter, just like it didn't matter that I had an appointment before the two women she was trying to take care of WHILE taking care of me, and I paid! So I had to leave with an incomplete manicure. No offer of a refund, no offer to be compensated for the major inconvenience. NOTHING. And my nail polish started cracking the day after getting them done. I had to get my nails done quickly by someone else who does a hell of a lot better job in twenty minutes than these women did in the two and a half hours I was there. So i would have otherwise felt bad leaving a bad review for this place, but it isn't run by the original owner anymore and under new management, so sadly the place sucks now. They lost a long time customer that day, and I will go elsewhere who really deserves the service.

I love this place! So everyone's so nice and my nails look so natural. Love how they take their time doing my pedicure as well. It didn't feel rushed like other salons.
