Fit 4 All NY is an amazing establishment with plenty of great equiptment. The gym is always kept very clean and the employees are always attentive and friendly. This is the first gym where I have felt very comfortable at. I look forward to going and always feel amazing when I leave. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape and to any age group. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified.

This gym truly had a positive impact on my life. The wide range of high-quality equipment caters to all aspects of weightlifting. The equipment is always clean and well maintained. I find the Iron Arena community to be very uplifting and helpful, which is something you really can’t say for most other gyms. Iron Arena is worth far more than a mere 5 stars.

This facility was top-tier for the very serious Powerlifter. I absolutely loved the quality, equipment, and atmosphere and had one of my best deadlift sessions all year because of how epic this place is! Jason has built a special place and I will be returning for my big lifts. The name says iron arena, but I call it iron paradise!

This gym is one of the greatest I've ever gone to; it's incredibly well-organized, beautifully maintained, and the members are all friendly and supportive. You won't experience intimidation or judgment here, unlike in commercial gyms, as everyone is approachable and supportive of your objectives. My feeling of security at the gym is greatly increased by its excellent security. You don't need to be concerned about any random person walking into the gym. The person who is the owner of this incredible gym, Jason, did a fantastic job creating it. He's a truly kind person who makes people happy, confident, and motivated to put in the work to succeed.?

Iron Arena Powerlifting & Performance is run with pride of ownership, diligence, care and consistency by its Owner & Coach, Jason Manenkoff. The culture in the gym promotes a focused and supportive training environment, its equipment is top notch quality, and the gym is kept in pristine condition. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

Extremely well-run powerlifting gym. Great community, from beginners to international competitors. My wife and I are both members, and she’s been a member for more than a year. Jason is a very knowledgeable personal trainer and professional coach.

A gem of a gym, with all of the equipment you would need for a great strength workout. It's probably the tidiest and most organized gym I've ever been at. A bonus is a great community feeling, and somebody to spot you or chat to between sets

Amazing facility. As a fellow gym owner it was nice to see it very clean and organized and you can tell both the owner and members take pride in this gym. The owner Jason was very helpful and accommodating I will definitely be coming back in the future. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who is looking for a good powerlifting gym!

Cannot recommend this gym enough. No matter your skill level (beginner, intermediate, advanced, elite) at powerlifting, there is the right equipment for you (and this equipment is well maintained! and works! Can't say this about most powerlifting gyms...). The gym is always extremely clean. Even when it is busy hours, there is always a rack open to get your lift in. There is always parking very close. People are supportive. You can always get form help from fellow lifters. Great gym.

Iron Arena is what every gym should be people love to hate on how tight of ship iron arena is ran on but it’s honestly not bad at all every time I walk in I know I’m locked in for training and everyone in that room is also locked in . Jason has created a culture / environment that is very close and pushes each other to keep growing I’ve enjoyed everything from the great community to the amazing top of the line equipment once I’m back from my injury I will make sure I go back to Iron . Best gym in NJ

Incredible gym and Jason was a phenomenal coach. I have had no instruction on form regarding squat, bench and deadlift and Jason walked me through each lift methodically and ensured that each was acceptable. Cannot recommend highly enough!

If your goal is to gain muscle in a relaxed environment. This is the place. Most gyms have limited equipment and 500 treadmills, this gym is NOT that place. Here they have more high quality weight lifting equipment than any other gym in NJ. You absolutely want to lift here if your goal is to put on muscle.

This location is one of the better gyms I've been to. It's evident the owner, Jason, is focused on developing complete athletes and improving the physical health of anyone who is committed to the journey. The gym is very organized and impressively clean and even the members are welcoming and encouraging. Amazing gym

I don’t know where to begin. Iron Arena and Jason (the owner) are truly great. While I do not powerlift, I personal train with Jason. As someone w/ Cerebral Palsy, Jason has me doing things in the gym that I never thought I would be able to do in my life. That’s what Jason does. He pushes me to my limits every single time, while making me stronger in the process. His knowledge of powerlifting, and the know how to make someone strong is second to none. I trust Jason tremendously and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you are serious about powerlifting, or just simply getting stronger, come see Jason and Iron Arena.

It is a privilege to train at this gym, in this community and with Jason as my coach.I’ve been in a lot of gyms accross the country and trained and coached by many people. This is hands down the best gym, coach and community Ive ever had. For the first time in my life I am strong AND healthy, I broke all of my PRs with no injuries to report of unlike my past. The gym is clean, has calibrated plates, the rules are fantastic and they reinforce forming bonds with each other. The people here are fun and strong AF, more than halff compete in powerlifting (!). I also work with Jason who is an experienced, wise, intuitive and robust-with-his-instructions coach. Which is exactly what I need, ie someone who’s gonna give me a detailed program, form and boundaries, otherwise I’m lost, weak and injured. He has an “inner game of tennis” approach to training, giving enough details regarding form to veer in the right direction but not too much to get bogged down with overthinking. His guidance reinstilled a sense of confidence and safety in me I thought I had lost. As a result I feel fully in love with powerlifting again and it is now an important, almost spiritual practice for me. (Yea yoga is cool for body awareness but have you tried pause squats with a few hundred pounds in your back?) If you’re looking to be serious about weight training and specifically powerlifting, there’s no second place in NJ.
