Horrible company. They have increased my rate by 70% with multiple increases every year. They have absolutely no care for long term customers with predatory practices and unfair hikes.

Just rented my storage here and Denise has been a pleasure. The storage place is amazingly clean and the environment is excellent.

Denices Gomez, was a absolute pleasure to meet with for my recent visit. Her customer service is out of this world. 5 stars is the only rating that I’m allowed to put for this review. But if it was up to me I would definitely give her a 10 out of 10 for her brilliant customer service skill set. Excellent service, the treatment is personalized and the people in charge are very kind and helpful. They have given me the necessary information for making decisions and I have been using the service for around 5 years. I am more than grateful that it has met my expectations. It is an excellent storage even for the price I checked others and they were almost twice as expensive because the one I got in this Storage is very clean and Mrs. Denisse is very kind!

Its been a great experience, Denise was always great and very informative & made sure we got the storage space we needed. Awesome experience the whole time, always clean & always a cart available. Never any issues and there's always gated parking inside.
