The store is fine. I have shopped here multiple times. The staff is kind and the store is clean. I recently found out that the online prices are often significantly lower than the in-store prices and there is no price matching (no fault of the store, more of the company). Compare prices in store vs online while shopping to find the best deals.

Bad attention. I showed the chashiers today the coupons I received and they said they don't work .none of the two knew what they were doing need more training.

The customer service i received was horrible, the cashier was clueless. Apparently they don’t price match in stores with their own gap factory prices. I was so disappointed because i went out of my way to get the deals for my kids. Called customer service they were of no help probably worse. Then i was caught by surprise when i decided to go to BTC and they did more than what i needed. Most likely never coming back to this store.
