Buyer be ware...this store is a scam. My son went with his iphone and the sale rep sold him the wrong device and when he returned to the store the agent would not accept their mistake and literally stiffed him out of $103.00.

The employees at this establishment are of exceptional quality, surpassing all others we have encountered at various Game Stop locations. Presently, there are two employees who possess remarkable patience and exemplify exceptional customer service skills. Although I regrettably cannot recall the name of the young lady, her abilities are truly remarkable. On the other hand, I distinctly remember the young gentleman named Sat. He is truly exceptional, displaying vast knowledge and unwavering patience when interacting with customers. Consequently, we will continue to procure games for our twins from this establishment.

I hate doing this since I actually like this store but I had another GameStop call this store to confirm if they had a certain game in stock. The person at this store confirmed they had it and I drove 40+ minutes to come get the item, only for the person to tell me as soon as I got there that they didn't actually it.
I only came here because I was told they did and the price tag was even updated recently to match it saying they had it. Driving 40 minutes in traffic just to find out there's nothing after a guarantee is very heartbreaking, especially when the guy had to rush me out because they were taking a break and had to close to store down.

Go here frequently even though I literally work at two Gamestops myself and they have an awesome set of leaders. Cassidy and one of their other key holders whose name I haven’t caught (blonde with glasses) are amazing and full of life. Diego (Store Manager who is awesome in his own right better watch out before I steal them for my stores.- Raph (ASL 6272 & 2232)

Hours on Google are consistently wrong. For example- they do not open at 10am Thursdays. They open at 11am. Same with closing. I’ve had to go back to this store for returns through “Happy Returns” and they most likely take the hours frI’m google which are not correct. Please update management.
