Showers are not very clean at all! On my second visit to the women's showers I came home and found my cosmetic bag with shampoo in it missing. Not all front desk members are knowledgeable about membership if you can find them ?

This gym has so much potential but unfortunately, I had to quit and find a new place. Machines are constantly down. Poor gym etiquette where you'll find dumbbells in random corners, sometimes hidden on the opposite side of the floor. Nobody returns their dumbbells!
The studio room is disgusting and extremely dirty. There are dust bunnies and strands of hair everywhere in this room. I can't even stretch without touching one of these things. Note to the owner, it takes a couple of minutes to do a simple sweep to keep this room clean. What's funny is I see the cleaner working hard vacuuming the main floor and throwing garbage, yet the studio is so dirty.
Oh, and how hard is it to keep the paper towels and spray bottles re-filled? There have been many times where I'd have to go to 3-4 different stations to get some paper towels and spray solution. One station would have paper towels but no cleaning solution, the other station would have cleaning solution but no paper towels, another station would have neither of these. Sometimes this would happen early in the morning! What is your staff doing?!
Bathroom is also disgusting. Half the time there is no hand soap. One of the faucets is literally unbolted to the counter. Wow, get it together please.

Another update September 2024: there are now only 3 properly functioning stair masters!!! It is nearly impossible to get onto one!! In addition, half the treadmills are not functioning properly. Land mine equipment is also broken!!! Buy new equipment, please!!!!!!!!!!
Update: situation is even worse now......5 out of the 9 stairmasters have been out of service for weeks now. In addition, almost every single treadmill has some sort of issue/not working properly. It is very difficult to get cardio done. Seems like nothing is being fixed.
I am a member for many years now. Multiple treadmills out of service for at least the past 6 months. Always so difficult to get a vacant, working treadmill. And no airflow. Always so hot.

Long time a go was my favorite Bally work out place!! now I went last week for free pass and look so dirty and horrible dark place bad energy! And lots of machines were broke; walk out in 5 minutes!

Disgusting mens locker room. Bathroom is nasty. Showers dirty. Sauna/steamroom smells like mildew. Gym floor dirty with hair everywhere. Equipment run down and dirty. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Scam place. Auto renewal is not linked to online account. Service refuses to cancel my membership, even though requested it. Have to go through corporate headquarters to resolve. The place is run my cretins from the ghetto.

It has a lot of stuff for the price, including steam room and dry sauna and pool, but could be better maintained. Some classes but instructors were not always on time. Functional option. Also the hours is def not 24 hours as the name suggests! Ample parking in the back.

The facility is clean and staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. My trainer, Billy, is really the star of the show. I have been with him for a few months and it’s the best decision I’ve made. He is patient but also pushes me because he knows what his clients are capable of. He gives perfect balance of motivation and challenges. He is encouraging yet realistic. You WILL see improvements with him as your guide.

For a gym called 24 hr fitness the hours of operation are terrible. 10pm Monday to Thursday? 9pm Friday to Sunday? Hours used to be better before they used Covid as an excuse to shorten them

1 year I think past my previous post and here we are in summer 76deg outside and 77deg inside 24 hr fitness right now. And this is me posting on here after multiple attempts at letting management know and asking for their assistance.
Crazy workout conditions! Safe? I guess maybe till ppl start passing out from heat exhaustion

Fair price gym ~25-35$ a month for a large gym with all equipment you need. Friendly staff and clean equipment. Would recommend to go in the evening after 8pm as it gets pretty busy from 4-8pm.
