This bubble car wash don't go wash your car or pay for a membership there 7027 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ 07047...if you want your money and take care of it translate this into English...which is why I canceled the membership,
1- it does not respect the service schedule, they say they will open at 9.00 am and they will open at 10.00 am or later
2-bad, washing the car leaves it dirty, the machines do not do their cleaning job
3-if it rains or snows they are closed when they are supposed to be open for 7 days and they do the washing indoors which does not prevent them from being there because it is a membership they have to open yes or yes
4-poor drying, dirty towels are not dried well, in short they do not comply with the service they offer
5- no one answers the phone
What they need is to close and there will be no more, they are stealing the money,
Look for the translator if you do not understand Spanish, it is very important that you do not waste your money

This car wash isn’t worth it. There are better options nearby for the same price or less. My car came out dirty, and there was only one person towel drying it.

Terrible. Don’t do it! The cap of my side view mirror flew off mid carwash— the car is brand new so I was really concerned. When I complained, the man just went and grabbed it and attempted to hook it back on but only ended up cracking, and chipping a corner off. I asked for the manager and the man explained they would not give me a refund or pay for the damage. Being that the car is a brand new lease, I was very upset but decided to leave since there was little that I could do. The car wasn’t even fully cleaned- there were water marks on the windows and the area by the rear license appeared untouched and uncleaned. I will never ever go back there and I do not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Very bad experience, they don't clean well, it's the same as leaving it unwashed... I honestly don't recommend them for anything.

Super super expensive, poor operation . Hate when they drive ur car around the block drive on sidewalk to back up in the garage to vacuum and to dry with regular Walmart cheap bath towels , using the same towel for windshield too without using any windex or glass cleaner leaving windshield all cloudy. I usually go to A1 Hand Wash in Edgewater , it’s the best Hand Wash in town and they don’t even charge what Bubble Bath charges. I Don not recommend anyone to go there especially for that price ???.Btw this wasn’t my first time here at Bubble Bath . I’ve tried them few times in the past thinking they got little better but I guess not.
