They broke a new $40 wiper during installation and tried necessary tell me the part he broke was for cosmetics only and not necessary. They are mice kids but mine was super UNTRAINED.

I got here at 7:25am on Friday and have been waiting 16 minutes and the store has yet to open the doors for business. This is unacceptable. I came early enough to get a car part and go on about my day to work and now I am late because at 7:42 the doors have yet to open. It is now 7:45am and an employee is seen waiting for the doors to open as well. Who is the manager here? This is unacceptable.

Llegamos antes de cerrar porque mi amiga tuvo una emergencia con su batería, el señor Luis y un joven cajero fueron muy amables al ayudarnos a escoger la batería indicada y dar instrucciones para una mayor durabilidad de la misma. A mi amiga le devolvieron $22 por su batería vieja. Realmente volvería allí si lo necesitara nuevamente!

I visited this Autozone with family and Luis and Pedro were very helpful, they were both very kind and considerate. Luis in particular gave extremely helpful advice and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of as customers. I feel very comfortable going to this Autozone for my needs. The employees are the best.

I visited the Tonnelle location if AutoZone today and received great service from Edwin. He explained the difference in the coolant I needed and then told me how to find the coolant tank, and when to use it. He was very informative and helpful. Thanks Edwin!

make david manager!!out of all employees who have helped me whenever i went there , david helped me the best and he was quick, very nice person, and had wonderful customer service. every time i go im just gonna ask for david from now on:)
