I would write 0 if possible. They stole all my possessions, everything in my house, and worst of all my memories and never answered the phones. I was due to have delivery on Nov 11th, it's now a month passed due and they are nowhere to be found, phone disconnected, website down and business has disappeared

ITS A SCAM...FRAUD company. Dont go with positive reviews, I doubt if thats genuine reviews or fake. Beware of them. Erin is the sales person I was coordinating on moving schedule and finalized a move from NJ to CA for $1350. Paid $260 as advance deposit. Everything went smooth.Later no one picks calls and not replying to email. No one turned up on the day of pick up for moving. I was screwed as I had flight next day and dont know what to do. Had to go with other company who ended up charging high due to last minute booking.Later I figured out through some references that better to move cartons through usps for fixed price they deliver on time and have insurance too. And better to sell away your furnishings n buy new ones instead of paying high prices for movers. You could get all new furnishings within that price. But it was late until I could know about it. Hope this saves you from them and helps you have a smooth move. Dont have less than one star to select.

HORRIBLE!!!!! SCAM! FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT USE!!! Look at their BBB it's 100% negative!!!!!! Gave them a deposit to move my elderly father down to FL, they never showed! And trust me when I tell you they will stop answering your calls!!! Our person was Tammy, she answered all my calls and was as sweet as pie until pick up day never heard back from her not once after calls and texts. They must broker and bid out the jobs to third parties and if they get dropped they will just 100% ignore you!!!!!! My poor old dad was so stressed I had to find a last minute reputable company to take the job at a high price to make sure it's just done and taken care of because my dad closed on his condo and has to be out!!! DO NOT USE this company I don't even know how they aren't shut down!!!!!!

Nerve-wracking. Hired, paid deposit and 1/2 in OCTOBER, from Boston to move to south Florida. Spoke to Erin from the very beginning, who assured us "we aren't that kind of company." "My Dad started this company." THEN THAT doesn't say much for her or her Dad. Are they THAT KIND OF COMPANY? YES, they are. Today, the website has been suspended. They will not return calls or emails. (For the numbers that work) I thoroughly researched companies and checked DOT before hiring. Almost $5,000 later and 26+ feet of our LIFE has disappeared. I am sad and very disappointed. My grandma's china is on it! My 4 kids memories are with them. WHERE IS THE ETHICS? SHAMEFUL. I am living with a disabling, terminal condition and this is not the anxiety we need. I think this whole industry earns it's terrible reviews. * DO NOT HIRE * DO NOT HIRE * DO NOT HIRE * DO NOT HIRE *

Similar to the review below, our dining set and 10 chairs were picked up from Cape Cod, MA, on October 31st for delivery to our home in the Philadelphia suburbs. We have received no contact, web site is down and our cherished furniture is missing. This is a significant financial loss and at this point, authorities have informed us this should be considered a stolen property case. We are posting so that others are forewarned of the significant loss we have experienced, of which we will continue to pursue.

I hired this moving company and recommend their services. Jack, the salesperson, worked with me through all my questions. I would definitely hire them again.

Never, Never, Never use this company to move anything! At first the people at this moving company are very nice to you. They give you a low-ball bid, and tell you that your things will be in good hands because “Our people are professionals” or something. It’s when the movers actually show up, and it’s too late for you to save yourself where things start to go horribly wrong. One thing I should point out, is that the bid from this company was quoted in cubic footage not by weight. If you get a quote that is priced by cubic footage, that should raise a red flag right away. The reason for this is that if they charge you by weight, they have to provide proof of the weight of your belongings at no charge to you.Once the movers showed up and all of my things were in their truck, they hit me with the real price of the move. Four times the estimate. By then it was too late. My things were on their truck. They didn't have enough packing supplies, trucks or men and the next day they were less one man and not enough supplies nor a truck to finish up packing and loading it. My closing was in 2 days and the house still had my belongings in it. In my case, I put down over 2000.00 deposit, and was told before the movers showed up that the rest of the money would be due on delivery. When the movers showed up, the price jumped to 4 times the estimate. The whole time they were packing some "boss " kept calling the foreman on the job and irritating him and on the 2nd day he threatened to walk off the job! The crew actually asked for a tip which I felt was unprofessional! My contract stated I was to get a full pack which I did not and Had to rent a u-haul to finish emptying my home and take it to my new home in Florida myself! They didn't have a crew nor a truck to finish the job. The contract stated that before my furniture left my house the revised estimate should have been given to me and signed by me before one piece of furniture entered their truck! It was not and the contract was breached at that point. They did not fully pack my things and I have the pictures to prove it! They destroyed my antiques, collectibles. glass shelving for my curio cabinets, 70% of the boxes had no numbers, nor were they labeled, packing tape placed on my wood furniture and when removed took stain and or varnish of everything. What they took apart they were to reassemble! That was a joke, the driver and crew couldn't even find the screws or parts. They gave me some web site to track my shipment and that was even a bigger joke, Every time I inquired they responded with an e-mail that it was standing, waiting to be loaded and when it was they would notify me with the ETA! Never did and my stuff got unloaded to a container because I wasn't home and they said they couldn't reach me, Strange that my cell didn't show one missed call from them. I tried talking to customer service over and over again but no response. Then one day supposedly the supervisor called and when I tried explaining why I was so upset he strong armed us in to thinking all was lost. He told us to get our own truck and come and get the stuff and they were no longer going to transport it. When we asked about our money he said he was keeping it as a cancellation fee! I asked another employee about sending us an invoice. She sent the request to billing, not once but twice with no response till i threatened to call the DOT and then it was in my mail box in less than a half an hour. the driver wasn't informed about the 70% we had already paid and was ready to collect again. Another curious thing , they billed me for 4400cu ft. Strange since a container holds 4000 cu ft and my belongings fit right in it just fine!

I was in need of a moving company for my move from NB, New Jersey to Springfield, Illinois. As I have never dealt with a moving company before I took precaution on all the hidden fees and the quality of movers that would come along with it. The charges were fair as I did not expect the price to be too low, but they had no hidden fees. This was the best first experience I could ask for, the customer service representative Jack Abscott (Or Apscott, not too sure on the details of last name) was in contact with me DAILY on the status of my move. He even called me after my move to make sure everything arrived in the shape it was packaged in. Overall, this company is amazing, Jack and the movers took the burden of moving off my shoulders and helped greatly! I HIGHLY recommend!

I will never use this company again. They promised me the world when they were trying to get me to book with them, so I did. I signed up for a full service move. The movers were 7 hours late, then had no clue it was a full service move. Once I've finally moved I called to schedule a delivery. They didn't give me a time frame until 6pm the night before. Today is the day, they called and said they were an hour away. Two hours later they show up and are trying to collect a different amount of money than was quoted to me. On top of that they will not take my money order because it is from Money Gram NOT the US Post Office. But not to worry because I can tip them in cash, he says. This company has been difficult at every step of this process. Moving across states is hard enough they shouldn't make it more difficult. Not to mention, when giving someone $2K+ you expect to be treated better.

Pathetic is all I can say about this company. I opted them for moving from Boston to Atlanta. The initial discussions went smooth till the moment I confirmed the quote and paid the initial deposit. They then basically stopped picking my call. They dont respond to your emails. I have had torrid times dealing with Tammy who was my sales agent. I was given a quote of 1700 and I ended up paying 3200.Almost double the quote. The Inventory list was clearly provided to them through email but there was a miscommunication between the driver and the company and I ended up paying more. When I questioned this, all they had to say is raise a claim with some other company. This is crazy!!! Finally after a lot of delay when i finally got my stuffs, i had broken shades and scratches to items. It has been awful.Neither the customer service nor Tammy was helpful. These guys have a whole lot of hidden charges which they dont tell us when they give us the quote. I want to give 0 to these guys but I dont see an option.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

We booked this company for a move from NJ to Atlanta. To try to sell it they promised 3-5 days to deliver and then give you a price on the phone and later changed significantly more. Prey on seniors and asked my father for a tip, unprofessional. Horrible customer service!!! Don"t use them!!! If there was a cero I will rate them that.

Had a great move with this company. Only thing I can say negative is that the delivery took a little longer than expected. I was going to WA and the weather was horrible across the whole country so I couldn't really blame them. The movers were very polite and worked extremely fast. I would recommend this company.
