I’ve tried with this Branch, Valley Bank is still near and dear, but this branch continues to not put customers needs at the forefront, and continues to refuse to take accountability for poor customer serviceAddendum: After speaking with their new Market manager, I believe my concerns were heard, and they will work more diligently going forward to value my small business account.

I love this bank! The entire team is supportive, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. A close relationship with your bank is important to any small business. Very poor banking hours. Needs to be open more than closed to compete with other banks.

Used to be good. Ive been nanking here for 22 years. In the past 12-18 months went into a complete downward spiral. New employees have no clue. Send them for re-training or hire new new ones. I already opened my accounts elsewhere, once my checking account statements come in I will be closing all accounts here.
