I can’t express how grateful I am to have my little baby in the best daycare in the area. The owner is professional and really cares about her business. Ms. Laura and Ms. Maria are the most compassionate and lovely teachers that I could ask for my baby. Thank you Jenn and the entire Small Wonder team❤️

I’ve owned and operated day cares in other countries before and I can’t even begin to explain how much trust I have in Jen and her team at Small Wonder. I practically throw them my babies and run to workers . That’s how much I trust them. I’ve been to dozens of day care centers around the states and the world and I always left with a lingering feeling of , “God please take care of them and I hope there won’t be bruises or my kids aren’t neglected”. But with Small Wonder, from the first day I met Jen, I had the gut instinct this was a safe, educational environment.Reasons to love SW:1. Genuine teachersMs. Angie, Ms. Maria, Ms. Laura, and Ms. Rebecca in the babies and 2’s room took care of my babies as if they were their own. The genuine care they showed through photos and when my then-2 year old would come out to tell me was a huge sense of relief. I am so thankful for these specific teachers for their love. What’s even better is that the teachers are just HAPPY-. which you never see at other places. I’ve witnessed day cares where I walk in and the teachers are just glued to their phones and the kids are watching TV...The engagement and planning this center invests is amazing. When It comes to dropping and picking up, your babies come back to you clean and they even help you get the kids ready to leave. The security at this place is top. Everyone knows each other and the best part is Jen and the majority of the teachers are from N. Arlington. I like that they’re socially aware of who the parents are and protect the kids like a bunch of mama bears2. The space and educational toysThe center is separated into a few quarters, with multiple bathrooms, and play areas for different ages. What I love most is the separation between the babies room and the 1.5-2 year olds. Most places combine 3 month olds to 2 year olds - which is dangerous for me especially if my 4 month old can’t walk and defend himself. Jen is always improving and updating new toys for the kids playground and classrooms- I love that they have sensory projects, they involve food, and themed fun parties daily.3. The cleanlinessI’ve walked into day care centers where it smelled like old shoes and vomit. Small Wonder is always fresh and clean. When I pick up my babies, the teachers are constantly cleaning/ sanitizing the toys and vacuuming. Ive never met a bunch of OCD clean moms such as these guys- especially Ms. Maria and Ms.Rebecca!4. The Activities / monthly newsletterYou can see that the kids are happy. There’s a schedule, an order, and themed activities. Kids need to be outside and know how to play with kids. Now a days- too many day cares just put kids in front of the TV. I love that SW has an extensive daily program where parents get a monthly newsletter where they post updates, extra programs, and even fundraising. I have my 1 year old and 3 year old at SW. Even though I’m not a super involved mom- I cannot thank SW enough for making me feel up to date with what the kids do and give me options on how we can contribute. If you’re a new parent around N. Arlington, Kearny or anywhere neighboring, I’m telling you go to Small Wonder. Unfortunately we’re moving out of state and I have to find a new day care all over again. I have no idea how I am going to trust another school like SW....

I have had both my children at Small Wonder Daycare. The main reason I chose Small Wonder Is the reputation of the owner and other employees who work there. Small Wonder is a place that will treat your child like their own.Kerry, Little Jen, and Liza have been working there from the beginning and have done a phenomenal job educating my children, teaching them social skills, instilling discipline and most importantly showing them love. The other employees, specifically, Angie, Rebecca, Natalie, Nicole and Brianna are extremely professional, caring and nurturing to all the children. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my children are taken care of.I have referred many friends to this daycare because of the wonderful experience I have had. I never worried once about the care my children were receiving. The owner runs a tight ship and makes sure that the facility is clean, updates are made and that staff is prepared and trained. She also is a great person to ask for advice if you are having issues with your child.Small Wonder is one of the most reputable daycares in the area for a reason. When my oldest daughter entered Kindergarten she was socially adjusted and academically prepared. Thank you Small Wonder!

Small Wonder is one of the longest running daycare facilities in the area for a reason. It’s success can be attributed to the wonderful and nurturing staff, professionalism of the owner, and cleanliness of the facility. My two children went to Small Wonder for years and I can’t say enough positive things about it. I never had to worry about the way they were being taken care of, I knew they were in good hands. Entrusting your baby/small child to a daycare (or to anyone) can be a terrifying experience...fortunately that was not our experience, it was the complete opposite. People who started off as strangers to my children, became like family. There is nothing more comforting than knowing my children were happy and safe.

Amazing day care!! I have had my two children at this day care from 6 weeks old until they went to kindergarten. It was a great experience!! The staff is professional, very kind, sincere and really took the time to make sure my children were care for from the time I dropped off to time I pick up !! Area is clean, very neat and organized!! I would recommend this day care to bring your own child and have a peace of mind while you are at work that your children is getting the right care! Great job to the owner and staff of Small Wonder day care!!

My son spent about a year and half (4 yrs - 5.5years) in this facility and I was never once worried about his care or treatment when I dropped him off. He spoke highly of his teachers (as he called them) he often brought them up in conversation after hours or on the weekends. He developed close bonds between caretakers and fellow students alike which carried over to his social life outside of school. He is now a very popular 1st grader yet still talks about how much he enjoyed his time and his friends from Small Wonder!

I can’t say enough great things about Small Wonder! It is so comforting to know that my son is in great hands everyday when he goes to school. My son has been going for over a year now and he absolutely loves going. Everyone made us feel so welcomed the day we stepped in the door. I’m very grateful for finding such a wonderful daycare.

By making sure everyone is vaccinated and not allowing unvaccinated children to enroll. An to really really look at documents because apparently someone pulled the wool over this facility eyes. And professional clean company should come in an clean or reach the staff how to clean properly but instead a massive outbreak of hand foot and mouth disease spread like fire!! Disgusted. Just so you know I'm actually appalled that how this facilities actually ran. And very disturbed that you see a said child that looks like he/she needs help and it's your duty as Licensed daycare facility to report things to the department of children services. And I also find it even more disturbing that false documentation is being passed around there. The health department will be called and should investigate and the BBB will be called on this facility as well. And to think that I would of brought my 2 children here to be taken care of by incompetent people. . Y'all should be more worried about the children an the best interest of the children. NOT worrying about the money or bad Mark's on your lisence. Have a very blessed day

My son was there from age 2 until 4 when he started kindergarten. HE. LOVES. THIS. PLACE!!! ...To this day! (Hes 7 now and still talks about his friends he made there!) The place is super clean - they are ALWAYS cleaning toys, floors, etc, - the teachers are incredibly friendly - they always took time to say hi to me and took great care of my son, - and the owner is so sweet she makes everyone feel like family! I was nervous at first because I never used daycare before, so I went with my son on field trips and events that they had. We would all have such a blast no matter where we went! Great planning on the part of the coordinator! Hands down the best daycare out there!

My work involves me visiting multiple child care centers around the state and must say how impressed I am with this facility. The level of care provided to children here is incredible. The facility is maintained in immaculate conditions and always smells as if it was just cleaned. The attention to details is the most impressive aspect that I want to report. The staff members always maintain the and provide the parents with children enrolled with the utmost of respect. Leaving someone’s children in a facility is never easy but having ones children here gives me a sense that I’m proving my children with appropriate morals for life.
