“My God, everyone at the store is absolutely incredible. They were so helpful with everything that I needed. I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. When I went to the store to receive the package, everyone was so helpful. “This is my go-to neighborhood spot for all my shipping needs - it's very convenient for dropping off UPS and Fedex but they are also extremely helpful if you don't have a pre-paid label - they always help find the best, most reasonably priced option. They also do passport photos - I brought my kid, who was uncooperative to say the least, and Ameer was SO kind and patient, he guided my kid through the process until we got the perfect shot, which believe me, was not easy.”

“I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”
