“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”
“People trust me on this one.nearly every fedx, ups, usps, that I have done business with has treated me well. They answer my questions. They showed me what forms to fill out and they give me courtesy.Case and point: I went to the post office next to the world trade center on Church Street in New York City. They stay open until 8 PM at night. I got there, about two minutes after eight and the young lady that was there was on the floor, not behind the window and I asked her a question after she said we are close, Miss and then she said May I help you and I told her what I needed. I was sending a package to Japan And I asked her what would the cost be and she said it will be cheaper than any other deliveries out there. She was right and as the man that was working that night cleaning the floors he nodded also that she was right. To send one book to Japan through FedEx or any other Deliver that book would’ve cost me $175 or $135 or less than $50 through the US post office service. They’re all going to same route and each one is different. I suggest that we should support the United States Postal Service, more than what we do. Now I love FedEx and USPS and all of those other people trust me I love them, but I like saving a little bit of money sometime. The other thing about U S Post Office is that they need more workers. The post office on Church Avenue in New York City is a Beautiful post office. Go in there sometime and see it.I love New York.”

“Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”

The ownership and staff here are incredibly friendly and I enjoy seeing them on my daily stop in. I’ve also used Cobble Mail for printing, passport photos, and purchasing supplies. This place is a neighborhood establishment and they do a fantastic job.”

“Been coming here for years - mostly for phone chargers and to print documents when I didn't have a printer years ago. Staff here has always been friendly, helpful and courteous with me. Their main business seems to be small electronics and protective equipment (phone/tablet cases, headphones, chargers, gaming controllers, etc), international shipping - mainly to Central and South America and funds wiring. The only knock is that it can get pretty packed their, you'll be tended to after you've waited on line for a little while and the person will direct you to the other end of the store too wait yet again, because they only handle wiring and shipping. I mean, it's a small space - you can't grab a charger from 12' away and ring me up for it? Other than that, the place provides good service.”

I needed copies of documents and photos for Superior Court. Not a large order but I figured I would get this done Sunday afternoon before closing and be all ready for Tuesday. This store has a HUGE following . Of course at that hour everyone wants to be first and hopes they will get service . Just AMAZING ! Another customer also commented on Duane's efficiency. “I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”
