The person who does alterations here is absolutely amazing and charges much less than other people in the area. Their dry cleaning is also flawless. The people that work here are the best! Don’t go anywhere else in the area, you will not be disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE AND PROCEED WITH CAUTION, as a fellow reviewer posted below. Don't be swayed by the several positive reviews here because it is all good, until it isn't. And that was my experience in October of 2022. I was a loyal customer until they changed the tailor and the new person clearly does not know what she is doing. I went through a nightmare experience in having my gown altered for my brother's destination wedding. The tailor did such a poor, sloppy job including missing stitching, crooked seams and even holes! Yes, there were little holes in some of the areas where alteration were made. Total disregard and lack of care for quality. I had to go back 3 times to finally get the gown in a decent enough shape to travel as there was no time to find another one. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the owner and the way she mismanaged the situation. She knows me and my husband as we routinely gave her dry cleaning business, and in fact, I had my own wedding gown altered there in 2021 and had been pleased with the service, hence my expectation that this would be the same level of service. However, this time around, the owner was completely dismissive, and had the audacity of playing the "I don't understand English" card when we've had conversations over the years. Instead of taking responsibility, she acted as if this brand-new dress (with tags on) had defects. To add to the grief, she would not even extend the courtesy of a discount, not 10%, not even 5% off the cost which was well over $100. The owner will definitely give you a big confident smile when she's ready to take your money, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own.

I brought in suits to be dry cleaned and they ruined all of the buttons because they never covered them before cleaning. I dropped it off to have them replaced at no cost, then went back to pick them up and they still didn’t change 5 of the buttons. I leave it there for an additional two weeks to make sure they’re all changed and I just picked it up again, to find one button missing and one of the old ruined buttons still in place in the front pants. I’m not even going back to risk any further damage to my suits. Avoid at all costs.

They are a very high quality small business. They have been able to sew my pants many times over. Arlington cleaners always charges a fair price and they are on time with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have always experienced polite and professional service.

Amazing couple and very friendly. I have been using this laundromat for over 8 months and I have never been disappointed. I brought 3 shirts to be dry cleaned on a Monday and was told that they would be done by 4pm Thursday. I went to pick them up on Friday and only two of my shirts were done, I advised them that I really needed that shirt for an engagement that night. The young guy told me that the shirt was done but needed to be ironed, I told him I’m willing to take the shirt and iron it, he goes to the back of the store and when he returns he tells me “I’m sorry, I lied the shirt is hung up but it wasn’t done yet. I told him I’ll take the shirt anyway so I can clean myself, due to the reason I really needed that shirt that night. He once again, goes to the back of the store and when he returns tells me “the shirt is in the machine all wet”. At that point I’ve already been lied to three times about the shirt, I left the store and called them about 30 minutes later and was told by a female that the shirt fell on the floor but they’ll try to have it done that day. My wife went to pick up the shirt 2 hours later and brought it home with what look like a light colored purple dye that was splashed on the front and back of the shirt. I wasn’t able to wear the shirt that night and no other dry cleaner was able to remove the dye that the shirt had on it. I was more angry at the fact that I couldn’t get a straight answer with all the lies, they could’ve lessen this whole ordeal by slimpy saying they messed up the shirt.

I went in for alterations of 4 pants and a suit. What ended up happening was the owner told me exactly what I needed and didnt need. He had me try on the suit and was very honest saying I do not need to touch the jacket it fits perfect. All he did was the 4 pants and they came out perfect. He even pressed my jacket for me. Highly recommended and will 100% come back here for all my needs.Service: Alterations

Great place to get alterations done, I had them adjust the length of 4 of my pants and he slimmed down one. The price is reasonable and the quality is great.

Hi there! I've been going to the various cleaners on Ridge Road, but I find the overall service at Arlington Cleaners is the best. They are Korean family owned and operated. I like how they have a separate room for tailoring and alterations, and a step stool for the tailor to easily see where all the seams needs to be taken in or let out. As far as dry cleaning goes, my clothes smell fresh. They are a tad expensive in the dry cleaning department. I consider Arlington Cleaners a high-quality cleaners and tailoring establishment with nice metal, bronze hangers. Not the cheap white flimsy kind that you would find at a cheaper cleaners establishment. The other dry cleaning places, I've had to do re-dos on either my dry-cleaning and/or pant hemming alterations.
