This pharmacy staff sucks.. i showed up 3 days in a row trying to pickup meds and each day the pharmacist was late and the staff inform me that they are unable to use the register or open the store without the pharmacist present. i called to schedule delivery and the delivery guy had left, they tried to schedule me for Saturday delivery.. no way! Today however they were miraculously able to use the register even though guess what? the pharmacist was late again. If it weren't for the fact that they are the only pharmacy within 25 miles of me with my medicine.. then I would def NOT use them at all. Also parking sucks,, its too small for the amount of business located at this mall- but thats a city problem not a pharmacy problem. - the pharmacist phoned me to apologize for the inconvenience of the whole experience and stated that she would address her staff over all the misinformation given to customers. I appreciated her reaching out- word of advice-- deal directly with the pharmacist-- she knows what she's doing and knows customer service skills better than the staff does.

I was discriminated against. Doctor sent over my refill, I walk in to pick it up and “we no longer accept your insurance”. Sketchy people.

This pharmacy is AMAZING! Incredible customer service and and free, fast delivery. We had a problem getting a script filled at CVS for an inhaler for my daughter. They were out of stock and CVS could not tell us when it was coming in. My daughter was getting worse with her cough and breathing. Ridge Pharmacy rescued us and saved the day! Ridge had the medicine in stock, they called CVS got the script transferred over and delivered it the same day within maybe 2 hours. I will always use and recommend this pharmacy. THANK YOU!!!!!
