The coffee is fresh, and the service quite good, and I appreciated seeing more breakfast sandwiches available, especially at 10:30 on a Saturday morning.”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.

I went to Apple Store but they didn’t solve the problem and said that it is your line’s issue. I returned to T mobile and Agustin was there. He really cared my issue and understood my feelings. He tried everything and contacted with T mobile general customer service on the phone and talked them about issue. Then the customer service supported to talk with an Apple technician and Agustin talked with him about all problem and thanks God he solved the big problem! This issue took all my day and Agustin tried to solve this problem for a hour. He was very patient and kind and professional. I really appreciated to him! He is the best employee in this store!
