I only went once but I know someone who worked there , the customers are mainly daily customers and the workers know your order just by seeing your face, even if you aren’t a daily customer they still treat you with politeness and respect, you also get quick service you don’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a coffee compared to other Dunkin’s I’ve been to

Went to get a bagel and was looked at unkindly for being a masculine female as entire staff proceeded to make fun of me in their language not knowing that I understand their language. Made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable when I was merely being respectful and kind. This company should truly work on diversity and inclusion.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts left me with a positive impression, as my coffee and breakfast were prepared quickly and tasted great. The efficient service and satisfying meal made for a pleasant start to my day.The coffee I ordered was just as I like it – flavorful and piping hot. It's always a relief when your coffee order is prepared to your specifications, and Dunkin' Donuts did not disappoint. The fact that it was served promptly contributed to my overall positive experience.My breakfast selection was equally enjoyable. The food came out quickly and was prepared to perfection. The flavors were on point, and the meal was both hearty and satisfying. The combination of a well-made breakfast and a great cup of coffee set a positive tone for the rest of my morning.While the speed and taste of my order were certainly commendable, I'm giving this review four stars because of the overall ambiance and environment of the location. While the primary focus is on quick service, the atmosphere could be improved to make it a more comfortable and inviting space to enjoy your meal and coffee.In conclusion, Dunkin' Donuts delivered a swift and tasty breakfast experience that met my expectations. The combination of a well-prepared meal and a fast service time certainly earns my approval. man taking mobile orders didn’t speak english at all and was telling me I already got my munchkins when I didn’t. my sister had an order with munchkins too which was separate and he pointed at those. my had to get help every 2 works we spoke to him. it took way longer than it needs to.

The Schuyler Avenue Dunkin Donuts is a quiet, serene location. It has a most relaxing atmosphere, which helps with one's enjoyment of breakfast, especially when quiet is needed. I recommend getting the dunkin Rewards app if you go often it is worth it. Lots of free things you get on a regular juat by earning points.

Only 4 stars because they need to pay more attention to taking customer orders and less chatting with there co -workers . Other wise there food is good no issues .

Very clean, everything looks modern, and the service was really good. I was lucky to come pretty early when they just got the donuts out of the oven.

Women who work there has disgusting attitudes. I waiting 10 minutes for someone to even come and help me. They told me they didn’t have the stuff to make my drink, but I saw the cold foam on the counter and the toppings for the drink already out. Disgusting customer service. Never coming here again
