I wanted to open a check in account and went to the bank on Saturday because I work through the week and can only make it on Saturdays. The first time I went they said i was missing documents and the 2nd time they said these documents don’t qualify, the 3rd time i went they said me to come a little early and the 4th time I went they said they are short staffed and can’t help with opening the account and told me to come next Saturday as they are booked throughout the week. Its strange that the one most important task the staff at the bank have is to help open an account for the customer and they can’t accommodate that. Never going back to this bank again.

Bad service to open a bank account, one account for the entire bank, and even though it is empty the bank says they are busy

The service here was terrible. The workers, as well as the manager, didn't know what they were doing. The way that they presented themselves was beyond believe. I'm surprised they got hired. The Kearny Branch has excellent service. I went close to closing time, and they exceeded what was necessary.

No one seems to care about customer at this branch. Kearny branch has much better experience. I went to this branch today and she asked to fill the bottom of mortgage statement which is used when i mail by check. Never before with any other branch or other bank i have been asked to fill some form to make the mortgage payment. Staff is just very unfriendly in this location. They work exaclty like NJ DMV.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Worst service in the world. Worst branch I’ve ever seen. Laziest tellers in the world want to do anything but their job. Please close this branch or rehire the entire dam staff.

Poor customer service. Manger doesn’t know what she is doing. She rejected my real ID. ( I travel Internationally with that ID) Unacceptable.

This bank used to have great, knowledgable, professional, and customer service oriented employees, bankers, tellers... everyone was great. Unfortunately this is no longer the case... They couldn't even open up a simple bank account without taking almost 2 hours and still doing it incorrectly. Avoid this branch if you can.
