From the time we walked into the door to the time we walked out after our purchase we where treated as family.. Starting with Spencer, he made sure we felt comfortable in our purchase, Kyle our sales Manager who we purchased our other Subaru was always there to help us with our best interest in mind.. and last but by Far not least Orlando our finance manager who’s is alway great to see helped us seal the deal and guided us above and beyond.Subaru world of Newton is our only choice to purchase and will always do everything possible to make you feel at home.. thank you for everything

Had a great experience! Cory, in Service, was outstanding! Explained the services my car required..so that I could understand! If you are looking to purchase a Subaru, Subaru World of Newton is the place to go! Sales staff is great too…ask for Kyle!

I'm so grateful for the team at Subaru World of Newton, especially Cory at the Service center. He's awesome! I'm pretty hard on my car but he got me back on the road quickly. I can tell they have a passion for their cars and for keeping drivers safe. The next time I need service, I know I have a team I can rely on at Newton Subaru.

Everyone was efficient and pleasant and brought me up to date on regular maintenance for the car. However I had made the appointment mainly because there were two recalls on the car and I drove over an hour to get to Newton only to find out after I got there that they would only be doing one of the recalls. I was very disappointed in their scheduling departmentThe update is my car recall was addressed and all is well. I thoroughly enjoyed the totally electric car they gave me as a loaner and special thanks to Samara who returned my house key which I inadvertently left in the loaner when I returned it

UPDATE: I tried calling multiple times and left messages with no response.DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT PLEASE READ!!!I bought my Subaru at this dealership last year and while the buying process was definitely not painless at the end of it I walked out with a new forester and not bitter. Then I met the service department.They enticed us with the first 2 oil changes free which was nice but ever since then it has been nothing but over charging, shady business practice and attempting to take advantage.It first started with an issue with my Bluetooth microphone for hands free calling. It clearly has an issue and after multiple visits (under warranty) they have yet to fix it. Then my wife punctured a tire with a pothole. I put the spare on the car and sent her down to Subaru to get the tire replaced. I went out of town the next day and she called me while I’m out of state telling me the service manager said she needs to replace all 4 tires. I didn’t understand how we could possibly need to replace all 4 as the car had less than 30k miles. When they gave me a price of $1200 just for the tires I got on the phone with the service manager and told him that was way to expensive. He then called me back 30 minutes later to tell me he spoke to his manager and they were able to take the price to $1000. I agreed and went on about my trip. When I returned home a week later and looked at the car I realized they ACTUALLY put a cheaper tire on! At no point was I told that the actual tire would change. I was told I would get a discount. From then on I did not want to take my vehicle back.Cut to last week. My wife who does not really know anything about cars brought the car to Subaru because she needed an oil change. Currently the car is still within the 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty. Luckily enough she did not accept any other service then the oil change because when I looked at the write up sheet they had over a $1000 dollars in additional services ready to go that she absolutely did not need.That service department is shady and predatory and I will no longer have my vehicle serviced there. Nor will I ever buy another new car and quite frankly you shouldn’t either.Thank you.

I've had two positive experiences so far with the kind and quick staff. My first time I came in at the end of the day knowing I might not be able to get a battery and might need to schedule another day. They took care of me and got me on my way with care. It was a really nice feeling. I came back today to get my fog lights replaced and had another incredibly positive experience. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with Cory Falzarano, a service advisor who made sure our 2026 Subaru- Forester, got fixed today.He also provided us with a loaner to use while the car was being fixed.Originally, when I called the operator this morning she told me that we couldn’t get an appointment until 8 a.m. on Monday.I asked the operator about a loaner.She said someone would call me back.Cory was friendly and compassionate.Our car was fixed by 2:30 in 4 hours.

I needed a new tire for my very new Outback, which thankfully was covered under warranty. I called Subaru World of Newton & they scheduled me right away. The process was SO smooth. They ordered the tire. I arrived for the appointment, the tire was mounted & installed and it took less than a half hour. Corey, the Service Manager, handled all of the paperwork. It was a breeze! Great, customer-focused staff! I highly recommend!

I had a good experience here almost three years ago when I bought my car, but now because of my experiences with the service department, my opinion of this dealership has completely changed. Things were great when Vince was working in the service department, but things have gone downhill since then. Since Vince left, Christian has been the one assigned to helping me with my car. I had an appointment today to get the AC compressor replaced (not to mention I had been told they would contact me when it came in to set up an appointment, but I had to call them because they forgot) and Christian told me beforehand that it would be taken care of in just a matter of hours, so I planned for that. Christian was not there this morning, and another staff helped set me up with a loaner car because they had one available and it was better than waiting around for hours. I had my reservations, but I accepted. Sure enough, they didn't even bother to work on my car today....even though I had an appointment. Plus, Christian told me that things were "covered" because of the warranty and then I came to find out that there's a $100 deductible of which I was not aware and I was led to believe that I didn't have to worry about a payment. It's frustrating. And all this happened after a horrible experience just a couple months ago when I went in for a tire rotation and had the rear brake pads replaced. I noticed on my way home that there was a strange sound, and it seemed very likely that the lug nuts were loose. I called to ask that they procure a tow or send out a tech to resolve the issue because it was unsafe to drive. But, what did Christian say? First, he said, "The front tires? We didn't even work on those," and I reminded him that I had my tires rotated, so yes, the front ones had been worked on. Then he said, "It should be alright, just bring it in." No matter how much I insisted that it wasn't safe! Sure, I'll drive a car with loose tires half an hour and just hope they don't come off. Granted, Christian offered to have the front brake pads replaced free of charge to make up for it, and I accepted. But after having returned today for a service covered under warranty and seeing that there's such consistency in the bad, frustrating quality of service, I feel obligated to leave a review. Especially because some of these mistakes can cost you your life! Be cautious if you bring your car here for service!

Good Lord are these people awesome. They have a true family atmosphere and made me feel so welcome. They exceeded my expectations and got me into my perfect vehicle. Dillon and Mike made sure my experience was seamless and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

I cannot say enough about Subaru World of Newton. I just purchased my third car from them. All three purchases there have been fast, easy and hassle free. My sales person this time was Kyle and he was exceptional. No preasure, friendly, and knowledgeable. I found myself very torn about the color of my new vehicle and he gave me all the time I needed to make my decision without being pushy at all. Because of this I do not regret my choice at all. His follow up has been top knotch too. Not at all like other dealerships who once the deal is done they don't want to know nothing from you. Buying a car from Kyle was like buying from a good friend!

I came to Subaru World of Newton for the usual service call, oil change, etc. This is not the first time I have been here, and each time has been a pleasant experience. I purchased my car from this dealership and have found that every person I have ever dealt with here has been knowledgeable and courteous. I had asked for a couple of “extras” to be done, and they did everything I wanted without a sideways glance. I was informed that I would need someother work shortly ( brakes ) and was not pressured to do this right now, but when it works for me. I trust that people at this dealership to be for and honest and willalways come back to them for work on my Impreza.

Cory the Service Advisor was absolutely wonderful. He was Extremely personable and made my visit painless. He kept me updated throughout and when I told him I was going on a road trip he said he would have them make sure everything was good to go. Because he took initiative to do so They found a bulb that was out and that could’ve created an issue while traveling across a few states. I sincerely appreciated his attention to detail and his genuine and helpful demeanor.

I recommend to Ask for Dave , he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff. Dave was a great salesman. When I mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. He Worked with me when the price was a little out of my budget and overall he’s a great guy! I’ll Definitely be coming back here again. I was pleased to have a second car purchased for him that was reliable and I absolutely loved.I love my new ride! Thank you!
