Wanted to get into a new lease and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dillon Pankz. Not only did he answer all of our questions but he was incredibly professional and accommodating. He made it possible for us to leave the same day with a brand new Forester. He let us try out the car seat in the car to make sure it was a comfortable fit and advised us of the best route to test drive all the cars abilities. He explained how everything worked despite having our rambunctious toddler with us ?. Thank you so much Dillon and Subaru of Newton for helping us get our new family car! We walked into the Subaru Dealership in Newton and we're greeted by Dillon! A very friendly, sincere, respectful, down to earth with a warm hearted sense of humor kind of guy!
All these qualities make him a 5 Star Car Salesman! He is so easy and comfortabe to communicate with and answered all of our questions and concerns with such a high regard!
Buying a car is stressful enough but Dillon turned it into a very pleasant buying experience!

I went in for an oil change and to have my A/C checked in the service department. I was taken care of by William he was great throughout the process. Oil change was done and test were run for the A/C, once there was a diagnosis he scheduled me to take care of the service and even set up a loaner car. Overall I am very pleased with the outstanding service ! (A/C is working great with no issues)

Subaru World of Newton, has to be the most professional car dealership in NJ. I took my Subaru there for a recall. It was done in a timely matter they checked the car and to my surprise didn’t try to sell me a new one. You don’t see service like this anymore. Mark at the service department is a great representative of Sussex Co. good citizens, stay this way! Thank you.
