I have tried many laundry mats SONIC SUDS in Newton is by far the best I have found. And the drop off service is fantastic everything is sorted and folded to perfection, and bagged neatly.The person running the place is a very nice and friendly young lady. The laundry mat itself is well set up and very clean. It's a great match for me

having stayed in the town for a while for cancer treatment, we went to do laundry here because no one else did apple pay, first time trying it, well it was nice the washers good, dryers are excellent but service was piss poor!! the little red head gal with glasses was very very rude to us, when inquiring about laundry soap we asked pricing then went to pay my wife asked is that for small one or big one , then then proceeded to go off on us about pricing when we were just asking pricing, then said i want cash i don’t do apple pay, and then when i didn’t realize you had to hold the card to the machine whole time it started, i thought it didn’t work and when i approached her and said mam i don’t think it doesn’t work? she said “NO THATS A LIE THATS NOT TRUE” i said well i don’t know never did this before.
she never greeted us but greeted people she knew. she was just very rude.. guess she missed out on a good good tip and compensation beings we where actually a prince and princess from house of bourbon sicily looking to bless someonefor the day! moral of this review ALWAYS BE KIND TO PEOPLE for you never know who your into.

Terrible service since it closes at 11 at night and one arrives at 9:20 and they don't let you wash the staff if they don't want to work they should send them home to rest and it's not just once, there have been several times that this happens

I used to love coming in to see my favorite associate, Izabel, weekly to do my laundry. She has now been fired for no reason, and I will be taking my weekly business elsewhere. So sad to see a good business go to garbage because of poor management!

I’ve been taking my laundry here once a week for the past year. Their attendant Izabel is amazing. My laundry had gotten stuck in the washer machine and izabel stopped cleaning immediately to help me get my clothes out. She kept me from having a panic attack and after a few minutes, got my clothes out of the wash and she personally moved them to a new machine for me. Amazing customer service!

For 2 years ive been using sonic suds and i've seen many different workers, the best by far is Izabel, she does the best cleaning and efficient as well. She even does some of the wdf service for people who need rushed at night time. Very knowledgeable about laundry and cleaning which gives for a good conversation! i only will come when she is working.
